I'm from Miles City and ultimately chose to go with Bennion Lambourne instead of Kovacs, who actually come to Miles City, because they offered a shorter treatment time on my braces. I paid extra for the porcelain braces with clear ties with the understanding that they need more frequent adjustments since they get discolored quite easily. I've found that after 4 weeks they start to turn yellow. Lately, they can't get me in until every 6 weeks because they are over-booked. I called to see if I can get in to just change out the ties and they couldn't accommodate that. I'm dissatisfied with the treatment I am getting, compared to what was offered in the beginning.

This is our Families Orthodontics office in Billings. While visiting from out of state our daughter was experiencing some issues with her braces wires. The Bennion Lambourne office got us in quickly, and they were incredibly welcoming.

We were staying in Wolf, Wyoming (on vacation from Maryland) and my 11 year old had a slipped wire on his braces that was digging into his gum. We called Bennion Lambourne and they gave us an appointment the same day. The staff was extremely nice and the office seems new and state of the art. It was a quick fix but it made a big difference to our son. Thank you!

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable! I always feel welcomed when coming in and throughout my visit. The staff and doctors here will help you find the best treatment option for your specific needs and take great care of you until you have the results you dreamed of! Best and classiest office in Billings by far!!!! We've only had positive experiences here, and Miss Fiona is our daughter's favorite assistant. I definitely recommend to ALL!!!!!!

The team at Bennion Lambourne is by far the best in town! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable from the front office staff to the doctors to the assistants, especially Britt who always has a smile on her face and is ready to answer anything you've got for her. They really take the time to make sure you have the best plan for your needs from start to finish.
