I'm really not sure how he's still in business. Google this dentist, glad we did after sitting in his waiting room hearing multiple screams while the front office staff laughed at them.

I absolutely love this dentist office! Everyone is warm and friendly. I've been taking my small children there for a few years and they have been wonderful with them! I highly recommend this office and have referred several of my friends and family there.

Rather unsavory business ethics. I showed the receptionist my dental plan card from Aetna's dental Access plan. Under this plan, all x-rays and cleanings are covered 100%. They did x-rays and wanted me to schedule with an oral surgeon, and when I went to check out, the cashier THEN told me in a very arrogant, unapologetic and smarmy tone that they didn't accept any dental plans and charged me $160 for services I anticipated not paying anything for. They should've explained before treatment that they didn't accept my dental plan. During this time, Dr Benich said he thought one tooth was able to accept a crown. After going to a second dentist who accepted my plan, the doctor said it was unethical of Dr Benich to say that tooth was salvageable, and that an implant was necessary. Crooks and liars.

Very professional extremely kind . Every employee seemed happy and even the doctors work together to accomplish the best work they can . I would highly recommend you check out this family owned dentistry for all of your dental needs.

I had several bad experiences with this dentist. On my first visit, he started putting his hand in my mouth before I was seated! He touched my shoulders from behind and my hand and knee while in front of me. He called me "honey" and "baby" on every visit even though I told him I was NOT his honey or baby, I was his patient! I asked to be referred to by my first name or by my married name, which he ignored! His excuse was "I'm just that way," which is no consolation! He said my lower teeth needed to be extracted! I just went to a local dentist who said my lower teeth were fine! If I could rate lower than one star, believe me I would!

Paid 1200+ to have dentures and extractions. Most horrible experience will not return to have the bottom done. Horrible patient care and he blamed Obama for not prescribing enough meds. Dentures were horrible and no stitches for six removed teeth. Worst experience ever.

I do not have dental insurance and searched high and low for a reasonable dental office. These guys are the best. Not only are they inexpensive (as far as dental services go) they care. I have been to both offices and seen both Father and Son...and both are professional and kind. They have walk in hours too, yes you have to wait...but they fit you in. That was my first experience with them was having an emergency. If you make an appointment with any doctor and you do not get a confirmation call, email, text etc....call yourself and confirm your appointment.

I used this dentist a few years ago and the establishment was very nice and Dr. Benich was very friendly and so were the staff. I decided to go back there after a few years to get some cleaning done. I set an appointment 3 weeks in advance and when I showed up the receptionist said that I wasn't on their schedule and that I would have to wait 1+ hours or more til they could "fit me in." I took off time to make this happen and this is what you get. Incompetence! I have found that this has run rampant in all clinical settings now days. I wonder if these doctors have any idea of who they have hired to run their office. The lady was not apologetic nor enthusiastic at all about trying to fit me in. It took her 20 minutes for her to realize I wasn't on the schedule because she was too busy scrolling her phone and chit chatting. I told her that this scenario was very unprofessional and I would have my dental work done somewhere else. No offense to the doctor, but your administration is horrible.

I had no apt. so I waited abt. 1 hour - I was worth it. The price was fair, the service was pleasant and professional. Both dentists were caring. Good experience.!
