Took me years to get my husband to see a dentist and finally got him in for a consult today. For the most part the staff was friendly however the system was down for then to verify benefits and they wanted me to pay everything out of pocket which I couldn't do. They said they dont make appointments without getting ins info and verifying (apparently they do) and the little blonde at checkout got very defensive when I told her it wasn't my fault I wasn't asked for that a month ago when I made the appt and dont have the funds to pay out of pocket like that (who does?) She got manager and it was an older long gray haired lady who was so rude, rolling her eyes saying I can't leave without paying her. She went as far as blocking the door. I told her the other lady stated she would call tomorrow and verify benefits then call me and I would pay what wasn't covered. She continued to smart off and then the dentist told us to go ahead and go, she followed me out to my car talking down to me and said she was canceling all future appointments my husband had scheduled. This lack of customer service is horrible!!!! I cried all the way home. I've had bad service but this was the first!!!

I absolutely Love this dentist office. I've been going here for over a decade and I tried other dentists before coming here and had problems with all of them. I was frustrated and desperate for a good dentist. I finally gave Benich Dental a chance and they are amazing. Jamie and Chasstity took great care of me today. Give them a chance. You won't be disappointed, I promise.

Wonderful dentist office! 6 years here and everyone is super nice and excellent in their field. And wait time is very minimal. Dr. David is a super wonderful dentist and Jamie & Chasity are fantastic hygienist team. Highly recommend this office.

Originally I loved this dentist. I really trusted them. Over a year ago, I got a cavity filled. David told me he was leaving a space so food wouldn't get caught... I don't know why I let him do this. Now I have another cavity on the tooth next to the one he worked on, and my new dentist wants to fix what he did. So now I'm going to have to pay $600 for two fillings, that could have been prevented. Not to mention I had to return 3 times to get them to get my bite right after doing the filling. And he made a comment and said "now you just need your teeth cleaned"... I had just had them cleaned the day before. I'm chalking it up to they are rushed, and incompetent. May be worth going in for an emergency, but that's it. I am done with this office.

Love this office! Always clean, great staff. Very attentive to what issues I have at the moment and willing to work with you if you have a tooth emergency!
