We waited for the top denture for six months before giving up. No doctor is ever present, and nobody is competent. Keep assuring us that the lab is to blame and not them. It felt like a nightmare. Avoid using this service. You'll be so stressed out that you'll regret even calling them.

Dr. Jimenez and his lovely staff have been nothing but kind, courteous and prompt regarding any dental services I have had. They worked with me when my insurance did not cover some services. They also went above and beyond to mage sure my teeth were cleaned and filled properly. I would absolutely recommend them as I will not (nor my family and recommend friends) be going anywhere else for dental services. So happy to have him as my dentist. And I absolutely love love love him and all of his assisting staff.

Hi guys, get your phone fixed!!!! I cannot get through to save my life and need to talk to someone. Cannot email you either on your website! That's down, too. The staff was exceptional, the Dentist treated my mom and I like we were scum. My mom had lost a crown shes 92 years old and on Medicaid. He dropped the crown on the floor and could barely pick it up, I did not see him hand it off for cleaning, but I asked if they did?? He glued it back on very quickly and left. This person should be ashamed of himself and his arrogant attitude, Try elsewhere this place is old and outdated and dirty.

Shout out to the women at the office that are the foundation of this office Today they fixed my smile and I left feeling proud. I have never had a problem with getting approved for work. I don't wait months to get in or hours getting out. The Lady's take pride in their work 100 percent. Thank you ladies for a job well any done. I had bridge work done and not only did it come out beautiful but the temperaries that needed to be created while waiting for the lab were very authentic. With any dentist be sure to be clear on what work you are going there for and what procedures will be done. I rate this experience

Just incredible! From the great staff to the super friendly atmosphere and great dental work. They were compassionate and knew exactly how to calm down my nephews. They were patient with us (we were late) stayed past hours to finish the appointment. Still in shock with how sweet and professional this Dentist office is. We have had extremely bad luck in the past with pediatric dentists. Happy my nephews and I finally hit the jackpot!

Most horrible dentist I have ever seen, and I've seen some crooks. I was at Coastal dental, also crooks, and then I went to Lecom Dental School to find out what was really going on. Figured a dental school wouldn't lie. They spent 2 hours doing x rays, mold of my mouth., everything you could think of. Neither Coastal nor Lecom mentioned a single cavity. I take excellent care of my teeth and gums. The only reason I didn't follow through with Lecom is that they do not take insurance. Beneva does. My provider recommended them. He told me I have 12 cavities, with two uncovered by insurance!!!! This is all within 3 months time mind you. I went in for a routine cleaning, and the girl only brushed 1/4 of my teeth. Had me spit in a cup. No floss, no plaque or tartar removal. Nothing. They are crooks! Swindlers! I doubt he's even a bonafide dentist. I really do.

I went here to get ONE tooth taken care of. They did an exam and filled 9 teeth that I was having zero issues with. Now the teeth that the pathetic excuse of a dentist filled all hurt, and I can barely chew. Mind you this was a year ago I was seen. Not only did he hold me down and told me to be quiet while I was screaming because he was drilling into my tooth but when he used the needle for the numbing medicine, he pulled an open needle out of a drawer. I don't know if it was used on anyone else before or not. This place should be shut down! He ruined my teeth!!

Horrible experience. I went in for a routine cleaning, he told me I had 8 cavities. He drilled so hard with no numbing and left the dental assistant to do the fillings. I kept telling her they do not feel right and she insisted they were fine. No one ever went over after care with me, or what to expect. All fillings are gone now and 3 teeth are chipped. Dealing with numerous problems now and lots of $$$ all because of negligence. How he got his dental license is beyond me. DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE!

They polished my teeth for 2 minutes and had me swish with flouride and consider that a cleaning? Never brushed or flossed my teeth. It's obvious that they book as many people as possible so they can bill their insurance company without actually doing any work. They took my X-ray and looked in my mouth but never went over what cavities I had or what work needed to be done. They said I had to come back to get any fillings. I've never been to a dentist that didn't go over my X-rays with me. This place is a scam, stay far away!

I had an AMAZING dental experience here at Beneva Dental w Dr. Jimenez. He answered all my questions and eased my fears! He took care of my dental emergency and called me later to see how I was doing! Compassionate and effective. His staff was kind, he was punctual and the office is clean

Not only was I on hold for 20 minutes.. no one ever came back to the phone. While waiting the 20 minutes I had the pleasure of listening to everyone call and leave their information on their voicemail. This is 100% a HIPAA violation!!! These people left their full names, phone numbers, and they're very personal information. And this information was broadcasted to not only me to hear but other patients in the office as well... my phone call was never returned after leaving many voicemails!! More than unsatisfied with this office!!!

Never been to a dentist and 15 years never had a problem went in there had a bunch of little cavities supposedly they drilled out all this stuff put in feelings came back 3 Days later said you missed this this and this and this feeling fell out he told me oh no there's still some filling in there I've been trying to call them for the last 2 months since I went every single feeling they gave me fell out they missed two cavities didn't do a proper cleaning not one of the three times I was there and charged my insurance every time for cleaning and x-rays and everything if they don't fix my teeth I am going to sue I am in so much pain because of these people and they didn't even have the dentist to the work they had the text do the work he came in looked went out he had how can one dentist work on four patients at once he can he came in and looked in the dental text did the work yes

Please if you love yourself do NOT even think about calling this place. Horrible bedside manner. I'm traumatized after my visit. I don't want to go into detail but I will say with the 100+doctors I've personally dealt with he is THE WORST.

Worse dentist and staff ever!! They only like to send you to someone else to have your teeth extracted. I wanted one tooth pulled and because i wasn't getting dentures right away they refused to even see me because they wanted only to see me for dentures. Also office lady is very rude and never calls you back.
