I had an inlay crack and my previous dentist was unable to see more for over a month. I called Bendel Family Dentistry and they got me in within an hour and did tremendous work. Thanks!

When I first started going to see Dr. Chauvin I lived within five minutes from her office. We moved to Youngsville a few years later but I was so pleased with her and her team that I continue to make the drive into Lafayette to see her. She makes you feel like you're a friend; not just another name on her calendar. And a major perk, I'm never just waiting around, I'm usually in a chair at exactly my appointment time.

I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist. Literally, EVERYBODY, is so nice. They're all so compassionate and understanding. I had a filling the other day and when I told them I was nervous about getting the injection of lidocaine they were so comforting and offered alternatives and explanations and encouragement. I cannot recommend this place enough. I Bendel Dentistry

Francis Chauvin and the entire crew of Bendel Dentistry are fantastic. I've been going there for a couple of years and it is a better group of people, with better service, than any other dentist I've ever used.

My wife and I are new customers of dr. Chauvin, the office staff and the doctor were very customer oriented, we felt very comfortable being there. The dental procedures done were done with very high expertise and were painless. You'll be very satisfied if you choose this facility for your dental needs.

I've been seeing Dr. Chauvin and her staff for the last 3+ years. They are always kind and professional and run a tight ship (no wait time, and I was in and out with a new filling in just under an hour!). Most importantly, I always feel like I'm getting honest, sound advice about dental work needed (or not needed!). Thanks, Dr. Chauvin and staff for providing great customer service!

This was my first time visiting Bendel Family Dentistry and I must say what a pleasure. Everyone from the front staff to the girls in the back were amazing. Dr. Chauvin was caring and very pleasant. This will be my new home for all my dental needs.

The lady that calls doesn't hide her annoyance well. Which, fine I guess. I have had to reschedule and appointment twice because I couldn't come up with 350$+ for the procedure and there's no option to get it billed or payment plans. Atleast that's what I was told. I feel bad enough about not being able to afford a procedure I need, I'd rather not get talked down to because of it. And she's billing me 75$ because "this would be the third time" which I understand, but the way she said it sounded like the was like she was fed up. It seemed personal for some reason. I'm only giving 3 stars because the previous time I'd gone the dentist was very kind and welcoming. But since then my contact has only been with the call lady, and she's made me feel very unwelcome.
