This is the worst time with doctor appointment I have ever had. I made an appointment that I had to wait two months and they called me to reschedule, so I had to wait another month, total three months. I talked to my orthodontist and asked them to transfer my information there, so my orthodontist could have a better view of teeth. They automatically cancelled my appointment for the reason that they could not contact me ( even though they only tried to call me ONCE) and self-assuming that I would have surgery with other doctor but I NEVER ONCE said I would do so. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT!!!!

Do not come to this office. I went in for an extraction and since I had a heart issue and my heart rate was rising because I was anxious about the procedure, I declined the procedure and was amicable about it. They said they would call the referring dentist to ask them to refer me to OSHU. No biggie. When I talked to my dentist office they said I was anxious and COMBATIVE per what the office staff stated. I never once was combative. They numbed me and checked the numbness and was asked if I felt comfortable with proceeding. I said no and that was that. There was nothing "combative" about that. If their office staff is stating this to the referring dentist, I would stay FAR, FAR away from this office. I am not debating Dr. Delisi's experience or as a dental surgeon, I am upset that the office staff said something to this effect. Unless they have an overhaul of their office management and team, stay away from this office and seek another option like Affordable Dentures in the Cascade Village Shopping Center.

February 28,2022 I went in to get some new Dentures. I cannot believe I would say this but Dr. LIlshi and attending assistant Megan did an Outstanding job for my Dentures. Everyone in the office is Super nice . I could not have gone to a better Oral Surgeon. If I ever need anymore Oral surgery I will definitely go back Bend Oral Facal and implant Surgery again.......

Wow! I am so glad to have had the privilege of working with Dr. De'lisi and staff to take my wisdom teeth out! De'lisi was kind and provided very clear informed consent to the procedure. The staff was incredibly sweet in helping me with insurance billing - I cannot thank them enough for being on my team and understanding my financial position. What a gift! They also helped me to feel less anxious, despite arriving with some trauma from having my first wisdom tooth removed by a dentist two years prior (I was hospitalized for four days at OHSU after emergency surgery on an abscess in my neck that had advanced to high risk for heart damage - four docs turned me away before I received a full work up). But this time, it's only one day after the procedure and I have so little pain I am not even taking NSAIDS. Whew!! Y'all ROCK!!

Never been treated so terrible in my life. I told them my ride may not show up yet they did the extractions and made me sit in a room for almost 3 hrs. They are the worst when it comes to patient concerns, all they do is shuttle you through there proceedure so they can make a buk. Terrible office i never will recomend

Dr delaylee did work on mouth then never finished job. Secretary horrible and lies. InThey did work on my mouth then scheduled appointment in hospital so I could be completely sedated. They cancelled appointment on me then sent me to ohsu which is over four hours my house. I don't drive and could not go that far then I go back to my dentist gentle dental and they sent me to Albany or which is three hours.i had medical transportation and they tell me that not sufficient that the driver might Rob me and throw me in a ditch. So I call back dr delaylee and left messages no calls back then I finally get hold of them she tells me that they are not accepting new patients. Then I let time go by and talked with board of dentistry and they said call Dr delaylee back. Secretary finally answers and I tell her what she said about not accepting new patients. This time she said she never said that and she lied. I told her I called the board on them and she instantly changes her tune. Said she was gonna talk to Dr call me back that day. Well guess what. She never called back it's been 5 days and I get phone call from gentle dental and they told them that there schedule was so far out that if could refer me to someone else. Now she's lied again because she told me that they would not and are not doing these procedure anymore. Now I'm a disabled vet and he is a navy vet and what he's done is left behind a fallen soldier behind which I have a complete emergency. IV been on three rounds of antibiotics and they just thrown me to the curb. Lied the whole way. Just so happens my friend went there as well and told me how unprofessional the secretary was and that she brought her baby to work and her experience there was terrible. Look at there reviews. They are bad. So this isn't first time people had bad experience. I'm reporting them to dentistry board. And have a attorney on hand. They have put me in serious risk of dying and infections. My face eyes mouth have been swollen so many times three rounds of antibiotics and I still have a serious health issue. He puts up all his medals and plack's looks like a hero but definitely does not do a good job and his secretary running his reparation. She needs to be fired. She still hasn't called and has zero respect. I'm have never in my life writing one these but they have gone to far and I have suffered long enough. They will be dealing with my attorney and a lawsuit will be in affect.

I was Referred here by my primary dentist. They had a cancellation and gave me a spot a week out. The day of my appointment my brother died. Obviously the day was a blur and my family and I were dealing with a whirlwind of emotions that came with the tragedy, I forgot the appointment. I realize that was my mistake. I was hoping to wait till after the funeral to try to get back to life and scheduling appts. Unfortunately the tooth that was referred to for broke and got further infected. I called the office to schedule a appointment and explained to the lady the death of my brother. I never in my life have experienced such a lack of empathy. She almost mocked the situation and said well we can see you in a few months. I explained I was in a ton of pain and would like to be put on a wait list to get in sooner. She said well you should have made your first appt. that not calling is inconvenient for the the Dr and staff. I told her I understand and apologized that my brother didn't die at a more convenient time. She laughed and scoffed and said that doesn't change a thing and hung up. She even went as far to call my dentist and say they refused to see me because she thought I was rude. If you read all these reviews seems to be a common factor which is a lack of empathy and basic human decency. I would avoid this place at all cost. If they don't have empathy or care for people how can you expect them to care during procedures.

I would like to start off by saying that this office gave me the impression of super professional. It started out fantastic. The dental assistant ladies were kind and helped ease my worries. I do not handle dentist appointments well. And then Dr.Delisi came in and immediately my opinion of the office changed. He was sitting back in his chair like someone who would be chillin at his pad. He talked to me like I was one of his army buddies he referenced during our conversation. He told me that I would be able to get back to life just like his old army buddies at least two or three times. And then even when I made sure to let him know I had a very low tolerance to pain he shrugged it off and said, "Don't worry, we will have you on three types of anesthesia. You won't feel a thing other than pressure." Which I have felt what it's like to only feel pressure at a dentist office. He assured me that this would be a quick and easy procedure. Which I'll give him that. It was fast. But when I was set up with the anesthesia he never asked me how well it was working. He just took my nitrous oxide away which wasn't working very well I might add. I wasn't feeling relaxed and my anxiety had spiked because of it. Then he hooked me up to an iv apparently but I never felt anything from that either. Other than the stab of the needle, I felt no change. Now I know the numbing needles sting when they are being used. So I'm semi used to that. And that stuff worked fairly well. But that was the only change I felt in my pain tolerance. And then like a tornado he went to work. And I had an infected and impacted wisdom tooth. Which I felt damn near every bit of when he started pulling it out. I howled and screamed from the pain and the only thing he had to say was "stop moving!" I don't know about anyone else if you are in pain, especially dental pain, it's damn near impossible to sit still. And rather than stop and numb me up some more, he just kept on it. By the end of the extraction I was sobbing. And he just angrily left the room. No apologies, no consoling, no nothing. He never said another word to me after he was done. He left the dental assistants to deal with me. Who were complete angels through the whole thing. I think one of them even rubbed my shoulder and looked kinda sad for me. Now I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't try to fight with any of them about my treatment. But looking back I wish I had. Because now, even after taking all the precautionary measures, the gums where the impacted tooth was at are getting infected. I would highly suggest you avoid going here. I only gave it two stars instead of one because his assistants were amazing.

So many dishonest/unfair reviews. I have dental anxiety and my wisdom teeth surgery went by in a sinch. Dr. DeLisi explained the procedure to me through my as well as steps to take afterwards to aid healing. Doctor DeLisi was quick, efficient, and thorough with no complications following.

Dr delisi is good at what he does. No complains about him. Both me and my significant other had out wisdom teeth removed by him, and he is an excellent surgeon. The assistants are amazing, as well. Funny, kind, and helpful service all the way around. They made me feel safe. ************ HOWEVER, his receptionist (or whoever answers the phone for him) is extremely rude. She answered the phone and hung up on me. It's happened more than once. She's not polite, and doesn't seem to care what you need. She is disrespectful. I was tempted to get a different doctor because of how she treated both me and my partner. We had our teeth removed a year apart and each time we had to go to the office or call with questions, she was mean/rude/uninterested in helping in a polite, customer friendly way.

I went here to have my impacted wisdom teeth extracted and it was the WORST experience I have ever gone through. I was told I would be going under a "twilight sedation". I asked him what drugs he was giving me through the IV and he just said a mixture of a muscle relaxer and narcotic but did not give me specific names! About ten minutes later I told them the medicine wasn't helping that I could feel everything and by this time I was hysterically crying due to the excruciating pain I was feeling! They told me to breathe In through the mask at which tome I tried to inform them the mask had slid up my nose so It wasn't even on properly. This went on for probably another 15 minutes of me pleading with them that I was in a lot of pain. He finally said "there you're done" got up and promptly left the room and I did not see him again. So incredibly unprofessional and cruel! I was not told that I had stitches in my mouth I was not told about any medication that they were giving to me! I cannot believe this is happening. I also know someone else who went through the same exact thing with him! He actually threatened to walk out of her procedure before it was even done! DO NOT GO HERE! Go ANYWHERE else but here! I was not given the type of sedation he is billing my insurance for! I'm sure it's probably to pad the bill!

3 Months out for scheduling, called 5 times in a two month period to ask for anti bodies for a severely infected tooth, each time i was told they would leave a note for the doctor, and each time i have been ignored.

The entire process from when I walked in the door to the procedure was AMAZING! I have had wisdom teeth pulled before and was not happy with their service or the outcome. BUT HERE IS DIFFERENT the nurses are very caring and Dr. DeLisi was very knowledgeable on point. The was a very complicated tooth to remove and everything was done with care and precision. Thanks to Dr. DeLisi and his caring staff.
