My family and I have been going to this office for years and the experience is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Ko, the hygienists, and the office staff are all exceptionally friendly and treat you like family.

Dr. Kho and staff are totally awesome. I have been coming to them for over 10 years and appointments are always timely and handled very professionally. I will definitely continue coming here

Just called to schedule an appointment. The person who picked up needs more customer service training. When I told her which insurance I have her tone changed and said we don't take that here and hung up. Very rude.

I have heard nothing but amazing things fr this practice. Unfortunately, I called to see if my insurance was covered, and not only was it not, the Receptionist Lorraine's tone changed Immediately after I mentioned who my Medical provider is. By now, we all know I'm talking Husky trough the State of CT. I was wondering if she knew of a referral off hand that did accept my coverage. I was basically hung up on before I could ask my last question. My point is that there is NO need to be rude just bc someone has insurance through the State. That may well be your stance Ms. Lorraine, but please keep your personal issues to yourself, until you stop answering phones at an establishment that you're employed by. Think about what it does to the amazing accolades I hear about these dentist's? Ever think of that? It ALSO makes those of us that have no option, but to get help by the State Of CT. Must you know, I have a TBI due to Epilepsy that has to be monitored and w/o my gracious coverage from the State I live in, I wouldn't be here on earth to this very day. I Pray that one of these Dentists read and answer these ratings. I would love for them to see what Real Humans, with Real Heart's and Real Souls feel like when you have to deal with someone who clearly is against a human that needs help no matter what insurance you don't take. To anyone reading this: Please always remember to: Stay Kind. Stay Humbled. Stay Safe!

Everyone at this office works together with deep personal and professional care and expertise including managing insurance. I have had the complete continuum from dental hygiene to oral surgery and am totally grateful. Both my husband and son appreciate this wonderful practice too.

I really enjoy going to the dentist practice the staff are wonderful and welcomes you with warmth and joy. I can say they have made me feel comfortable with having procedures done. I thank the the staffing for being wonderful and will continue to go here

Laura is amazingly kind and sweet and will make you feel comfortable during your cleaning. I can always expect a warm and comforting visit at Bencivengo and Ko. Dr. Ko is a very knowledgeable and helpful doctor! Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Have been with Vivian and Dr Ko for over a decade and have enjoyed them and meeting the new group in Bristol. Have had a great experience with Eden in the dentist chair. Great for adults or children !

My current dentist canceled a scheduled cleaning the same day and a filling popped out the night before. I called a bunch of places but Bencivengo and Ko were able to fit me in right away. Everyone was so nice and Dr. Ko was amazing! I felt nothing during the procedure and he explained everything along the way. I didn't even have to ask! But I felt so comfortable and everyone was so nice. The hygienist, Cassandra, was fantastic! She was so helpful and kept me informed of everything and was such a help to Dr. Ko. I made them my primary today!

I have a fear of going to the dentist and its been quite a while since my last visit to any dentist, and I heard about this office. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Very warm, welcoming and put me at ease. The office staff and Dr. Ko are amazing! So glad my first time back to the dentist in a long time was at this office.

It had been some years since I visited to Bencivengo & Ko, due to continuing military service and it being more convenient for me to have any dental work completed by military dentists while on active duty orders. As we all know, Covid-19 derailed a lot of things this past year, and coupled with unfortunate timing, I had not been able to see a dentist for upwards of a year and a half. Upon returning home from a recent tour of duty, it was a priority that I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and overall wellness check of my oral health. Seeing as it had been so long since my last dental appointment (anywhere), I required a couple visits to get my teeth and gums back into good shape. I'm more than happy with the results, the treatment and overall care provided by the staff at Bencivengo & Ko. Eden, the dental hygienist who took care of me for these most recent visits, is hands down the best dental hygienist I've had in all my years of going to a dentist; she was thorough, gentle and personable. I can't speak highly enough of her, and how amazing of an experience I had returning back to Bencivengo & Ko after a relatively long hiatus. Most people dislike going to the dentist, and I believe most of that is based off of the experience they have when they go to an appointment and leave with their mouths feeling worse than they did before the appointment. With that said, my experience at Bencivengo & Ko and with my dental hygienist, Eden, was the total opposite. I genuinely look forward to my next appointment 6 months from now. Thank you!
