Debbie is the absolute best hygienist I have ever seen. She is so gentle and does a very thorough job. Dr. Bivins is very easy to talk to and explains everything to you so well. My experience at this office was overall a very pleasant experience!
last week was my first visit to the Towne Lake office...the front office staff was very kind, welcoming and professional upon my arrival and with minimal waiting time the work began...after x-rays, cleaning and Dr exam..a cavity was found in the tooth under my bridge..the office worked me in later the same day (since I am moving in a month) to start the procedure to fix the cavity and make a new bridge.. the dental assistant and Dr Bivins explained the procedure as they worked so... no surprises..they made me feel relaxed and comfortable, or, as comfortable as one can be in the dental chair, very kind and professional..the office staff has gone out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule so the work can be completed before the move.. I was extremely pleased with my visit to this office and would highly recommend them to anyone

First time patient. It was a very pleasant experience. Lisa (with the practice 23 years) took my x-rays, examined me, and did my cleaning. She was knowledgeable, and I appreciated that she explained everything to me every step of the way from going over my x-rays and pictures with me to telling me what the number system meant when checking each tooth. I have been to multiple dentists, and no one ever did that before. She was so personable and kind. Dr. Matthews came in at the end to do a brief re-look. He was also very nice and seemed honest and sincere. Makes me wonder about my old dental offices because I was told I had multiple cavities and should get a veneer for my front tooth, which was a lot more money. Benchmark said my teeth were in overall good health and no work needed besides replacing a very old metal filling. They also said a veneer in my situation should be a last resort and opting for the bonding was the right call. I will be returning to Benchmark and hope to make them my last and forever dental practice.

My visit today was excellent! Lisa, the dental hygienist is so professional. My cleaning was thorough and pain-free. I am totally comfortable with Benchmark Dental. I left the office completely satisfied! Thank you Benchmark Dental!!

Benchmark Dental team are absolutely incredible. I always feel comfortable and informed with every step of the process that I've had in general routine cleanings and also fixing cracked teeth or crowns. I visited today and you never fail me by providing professional and caring service . Dr James Stevens has been my dentist since 1991 when his office was in Duluth. Ga. He is patient and has a way of making you feel so relaxed. I make the drive from Lawrenceville. I Can't imagine going anywhere else.. Janet Bengston

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Staff are all exemplary professionals. The level of education/information shared during my first exam was something I had not experienced in other dentists offices. Procedures were painless and the entire operation was seemless. I was visiting family in GA and Dr Wydell was able to see me on short notice. He and his staff were fantastic! So professional and kind. I liked them so much that I am planning to come back from FL to get more problems fixed! Highly recommend!!
