In addition to being all-around great guy (and obviously modest), Dr. White is an experienced, committed, and compassionate professional. After receiving a degree in microbiology, he decided to attend dental school at the Medical College of Virginia. It was there that he decided his true passion was making people feel more attractive and confident through cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics.

After graduatingmagna cum laudefrom dental school in 2001, he went onto complete orthodontic specialty training at Indiana University and graduatedas a specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics in 2003. He also obtained amasters degree for studying the skeletal treatment effects of variousappliances used forbite correction.

After practicing in Oregon for 15 years, he decided to chase theCalifornia Dream and relocate to Orange County. In 2018, Hebuilt out a new space in Rancho Mission Viejo, becoming the first orthodontist in this new community.

Over his career he hassuccessfully collaborated with many different dental teams - treating over 4,500 patients ranging from children with Crouzons syndrome to my turn Moms with simple orthodontic relapse.

He enjoys ANYTHING outside running, mountain biking, and skiing are a fewfavorites. Dont hold it against him, but he isa passionate University of Oregon fan and frequently travels to root for the Ducks! Often accompanying himare his three children ages 21, 14, 11, and his Golden Retiever, Brody!

The most attractive smiles are broad (a 12tooth smile) where the upper incisors follow a consonant arc with the lower lip. We useself-ligating brackets which allows for lighter forces, and broader smiles. We rarelyrecommend the extraction of permanent teeth, but will do so if facial balance, or periodontal health wouldbe compromised with a non-extraction treatment plan.

I was born in Laguna (Crystal Cove) and raised in Newport Beach and cannot seem to stray too far from the ocean. When away from the office, you can find me at the local beaches searching for treasures and taking photos all along the California coast. I really enjoy being a mom, traveling, listening and singing to music, playing with our Silver Lab Sable, and visiting my parents who live on the top of the Ortega Mountains.
