Dr. Cook grew up in Charlotte, NC where he attended Charlotte Country Day School. He received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University- College of Dental Medicine in Chicago, IL. Dr. Cook was the third graduating class at a new dental school where he was able to train and learn the newest techniques in the field of dentistry at a state of the art facility.

Dr. Cook continued his dental training and moved back to Charlotte and completed a one year General Practice Residency at Carolinas Medical Center. He used his time in residency to gain exposure to all branches of dentistry, with a strong emphasis in oral surgery and treating medically compromised patients. Dr. Cook also gained experience in treating and managing dental trauma and infections in the Emergency Department at the hospital. He was recently recognized by the Nash Institute for his academic and clinical expertise in the field of comprehensive, contemporary and esthetic dentistry, as well as for his dedication to clinical excellence.

When Dr. Cook is not practicing dentistry, he loves going on adventures with his wife (Jordan) and 4 kids (Bentley 7, Isabelle 5, Hudson 4, Milo 2). He likes to spend his evenings behind the grill, and has yet to meet a burger he didnt like. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing any chance he gets. He is a huge sports fan and loves cheering for the Carolina Panthers, the Tar Heels, and the BYU Cougars.

Queenate Ibeto is a Doctor of Dental Surgery who is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Ibeto attended North Carolina Central University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Dr. Ibeto worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Inc for several years before deciding to pursue her ultimate goal of becoming a dentist!

Dr. Ibeto received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC where she was extremely active in student government and with advocacy on Capitol Hill lobbying for increased access to dental care for all people. She completed her General Practice Residency at Carolinas Medical Center and is extremely excited to be back home treating the patients of the Charlotte area and surrounding.

April is the proud wife and mother of four beautiful kids, Dezmond, Kenzley, Drizton, and Kyzland. She grew up in Lincolnton and moved to Gastonia when she was 16. She has been working as a patient coordinator for four years. Her motto is, Always treat people in a way that they never forget you. In her free time she enjoys cooking and entertaining at family gatherings.

Sarah has been with the company for 13 years. She has done it all. She worked chairside assisting at Belmont Dental Associates with several doctors for the past nine years. Sarah was born and raised in Mount Holly North Carolina. In 2015, Sarah married the love of her life Marcus and expanded her family with the addition of her two step children! When she is not at work she enjoys going to Disney theme parks and cruising to various destinations.

Hannah has worked in customer service for the past 8 years. She was born and raised in Belmont, North Carolina. In 2018, Hannah married the love of her life, Joseph, and expanded her family to a family of five. She is the proud mother of three beautiful kids, Jaxon, Peyton, and Nathan.

Jessica is an enthusiastic dental hygienist who graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 2007. Since graduating she has been practicing in the Charlotte and Belmont region and has been an integral asset to the Belmont Dental Associates since 2012. She currently resides in Belmont, North Carolina with her daughter Isla and two dogs. When Jessica is not working you can find her at the gym or catch her watching or attending football games!

Aleisa is a dental hygienist who is from Gastonia, North Carolina. She is a Tarheel who attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been practicing as a dental hygienist since 2008 and has a passion for oral hygiene and dental education. Aleisa is proud to be serving the Belmont community through her position at Belmont Dental since 2016. She prides herself on being efficient, thorough and providing a painless experience to her patients. She is an amazing mother and wife who enjoys spending time with her husband Paul and two daughters Kelsey and Abigail. In her free time she enjoys boating, kayaking and vacationing at Oak Island.

Christy is a born and raised local of Gastonia, NC. She graduated Guilford Technical Community College and has practiced dental hygiene since 2013. Christy strives to provide the best patient-centered care while building personal relationships with each individual patient. Katlyn has been an assistant at Belmont Dental Associates since 2016. She is a native of Mount Holly, North Carolina and is passionate about serving her local community. Patients love that Katlyn always greets them a bright smile and cheerful attitude when they arrive. She is a proud dog mom of her fur baby, Lola who is a Catahoula Leopard. In her spare time she is a fitness enthusiast and she is well known for promoting her healthy lifestyle via Instagram.

Maddy is a dental assistant who has been in the dental field assisting for a year. Maddy is originally from Stanley, North Carolina. In her free time; she enjoys traveling and taking care of her animals. She has 5 dogs, 4 ducks, 19 chickens, and 2 cats.
