My first visit, just walked in and Charolette at front reception, she is wonderful, caring and helpful. Dr.Shah is so gentle and strong at same time. Very personable. The whole staff was great. My new dental office.

My dental experience went well. Better than expected because I was so nervous. The Dentist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She's polite and the staff was also great. Very pleasant and also made me feel welcomed. Felt genuine and not rehearsed. The tooth came out in no time flat and over quickly. I was excited and I let the dentist know she was great.

Highly do not recommend this dental practice at all. Dr. Shas is not personal. She pops in and out of all different rooms when the patients are "ready" for her. They told me I had 8 cavities. I went in to have 2 filled by her. They did not listen when I advised that I am medication resistant and require stronger/more medication for numbing. I felt everything when she started drilling she stopped and injected the roof off my mouth with the numbing agent which was extremely painful and unnecessary had she listened to me. They told me if I had extreme pain after the filling that I would need to come back and most likely require a root canal. After my filling I was unable to brush, floss, or eat on that side without pain, but the pain was not from needing a root canal. I consulted a different dentist who found that one tooth had been chipped, the filling was not cleaned properly causing the majority of my pain, and that I have not 8, not 1, but 0 cavities. At this point I wonder if the work Dr. Shas did was necessary at all because my new dentist used the same x-rays from Dr. Shas office and concluded that I do not need any further dental work other than the usual cleanings. I'm sure if I would have continued to go to Dr. Shas I would have had 8 teeth drilled into and a root canal done. Completely dishonest practice only out for the money.

Dr Shah/Shaw is horrible. She doesn't wait until you are numb before she starts working on your mouth. It's ridiculous. She started to pull one tooth and the tooth broke because it was brittle due to having a root canal and crown. She just let the half drown tooth and said come back next week. I don't have the right tool at this office. I went back the following week. Still didn't have the correct tool and then she told me I needed to go see a oral surgeon for them to remove it. Well I went this morning to my new dentist not only was it abscess because of Dr Shahs doing but my new dentist was able to extract it with no issues. I pray no one has to suffer at the hands of her anymore!!!

I do not recommend this dentist. After multiple try's of trying to get my tooth numb and no results, the dentist and her assistant basically told me to deal with the pain as they continued to drill my tooth for about 20 minutes knowing I was in pain, I was in tears, making noises, and everything. I had to physically grab them to make them stop. And they failed to take my blood pressure until after poking me with anesthesia. She even stated it to the assistant that that was wrong. Never again.

If I could give no star I would. 8am cleaning scheduled get there at 7:55 no one in the building doors locked etc, someone finally arrives minutes after 8 to open up I get to the back around almost 8:10 (hygienist was lovely) she had me done with cleaning and xrays right before 8:30.... waited and waited for dentist to come in to be told then she wasn't scheduled to come in until 9. Left before the dentist got there to even see me, they clearly value your time.

This place first off is so rough with your teeth , they have no respect to be gentle . Was told I had 4-5 cavities, went to another dentist only to found out I had NONE! They just want the extra money. Also , I have receding gums at the moment around my one tooth and I asked many of times what to do about it and my answer was it's just some plaque once we take that off it will start healing lol only to found out I need to get skin graphs done by another dentist office !!
