The dentists and hygiene team at Belmont Dental Associates provide a comprehensive array of dental care: general dentistry, such as check-ups, cleanings, and extractions, and cosmetic and restorative treatments, including dental implants, teeth whitening, invisible dental aligners, and veneers. Belmont Dental Associates provides the communities in and around Caldwell and Haledon with the convenience of on-site CAD-CAM equipment to create customized veneers, dental crowns, and other dental devices one day.
Michelle has been with Belmont Dental Associates since 2014. She is cross-trained on the front desk and as a dental assistant. Michelle loves interacting with the patients making them feel comfortable and putting a smile on their faces. She loves interacting with the patients and seeing a smile on their faces. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Fortis Institute in 2015.
Jenn has a passion for animals. Before her career change, Jenn was a veterinary technician for 11 years. She has always had an interest in the medical field. As a veterinary technician, Jenn specialized in dental prophylaxis. This sparked her interest and she decided to change careers to provide healthy, beautiful smiles to people.Jenn has been with Belmont Dental Associates since September of 2015. She states that working here has allowed her to achieve her personal goals and to work with a team that is committed to advancing their skills and knowledge of this field. Her dental career started as a dental assistant and she continued on to achieve her dental hygiene associate degree through Bergen Community College. She continued her education and achieved her goal of becoming a certified local anesthesia provider. She enjoys sharing tips about oral health with patients and she strives to see her patients oral hygiene improve. Even when patients oral hygiene is struggling, she likes to educate, motivate and encourage each person based on their individual needs. She is known for having a calming chairside attitude with a gentle but thorough touch.A lifetime resident of Belleville, Jenn now resides in North Haledon. When she is not caring for her patients, Jenn enjoys hiking and fishing with her boyfriend and her canine companion, a miniature pinscher named Roxanne.
Jose has been with Belmont Dental Associates since 2017. He assists Dr. Lembo in various procedures and educates patients on how to maintain a healthy, good looking smile. Jose is a people-oriented person and loves talking to patients and making them feel calm. Jose is the jokester of the office and can make anyone crack a smile on any day. He usually spends his day off with his family and working out with his friends. Jose is a soccer enthusiast and his favorite team is Real Madrid from Spain.
Dr. Lembo, Dr. Jaffin and our team at Belmont Dental Associates have offered professional services to people in need all around the world. He supports many humanitarian efforts, including child literacy campaigns and Doctors Without Borders.

The Caldwell office is excellent. Teeth cleaning very professional. Root canal, and crown all done on premises, same day. Great staff, technicians, and of course, Dr Lembo top notch. Have recommended this to two others who are also very happy.

OMG!! The assistant dental hygienist was so attentive, caring, communicate very well, and listen to what I have to say. She has done a great job cleaning my teeth. My teeth was clean, white and beautiful after the treatment. I would definitely go back. The dentist was really nice, and honest. I LOVE that. Thank you!! Janice D

Dr. Lembo is great. When to him with a tooth that was damaged in a surgery. In two quick visits, thanks to his on site fabrication process, I walked out with a fully repaired tooth.

My wife and I had such a great experience here. Got our teeth cleaned (perfectly) and got some x-rays. Going back again to do some fillings. Took us a while to find a good Dentist and this is it! Totally recommend!

Dr Lembo and his team are amazing! They always take in your emergency that day and are beyond accommodating when trying to schedule your appointment. My crowns are done in the same appointment and there is never an issue with the work done on me. Always pain free dental work!!!

What can I say ... Dr. Lembo is THEE BEST! My past experiences with other dentists forced me to neglect my teeth. I went to see Dr Lembo, I knew he had his work cut out for him with my FEAR of dentist. Needless to say, he was not only professional but he really did put all my fears at rest.
