Dr. Kayla Harris attended the University of Rhode Island where she earned a B.S. in Biology. In 2015 she graduated summa cum laude from theUniversity of Maryland School of Dentistrywhere she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency before beginning her orthodontics training. She then completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Connecticut where she earned her Masters Degree in Dental Science and had the privilege of leading as chief resident.
Dr. Harris uses traditional braces, Invisalign, Inbrace, custom appliances and dentofacial orthopedics to aid in achieving the best smile for each patient. Both her and Dr. Hardy put a significant emphasis on digital orthodontics and the detail, accuracy and customization that comes with that to give the results you want and deserve.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys being active. She loves playing soccer, skiing and running. Kayla ran her first marathon in 2016 and aspires to cross the finish line of the Boston Marathon one day. She recently moved to Colorado to join her fiance and his family. She loves the outdoors including fishing with her fiance, Nick and taking her Goldendoodle, Brody, on long hikes.

I had crooked teeth which greatly impacted my self-confidence. I was always too conscious whenever I'm smiling, laughing, or talking to someone but after completing my invisalign treatment, I felt much more confident in my smile. From the orthodontist to the staff, they were polite and pleasant to work with. My appointments were always something I looked forward to because I could clearly see the progress and now that the results are finally out, I couldn't be happier. Luckily, I found this office while browsing for clinics that offer invisalign near me. I enjoyed every moment I spent at their office. First and foremost, Dr. Harris is an expert in her field. She's a perfectionist who is committed to making your smile the best it can be. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients achieve their ideal smiles. Costs: Their office had a fairly competitive pricing plan when I was researching the average price of invisalign treatment. Additionally, the staff collaborated with me and assisted me in resolving a couple of issues. Customer Service: The receptionist and the rest of the staff are friendly. They worked around my crazy work schedule and made every effort to accommodate me. They always sent me reminders prior to my appointments, which helped me remember them. Belmar Orthodontics is a great place to go if you're looking for a new orthodontist in lakewood.

Their x-ray machines are not tall enough to accommodate an adult male. Their practice seems to cater towards typical and straightforward pediatric cases. The doctor did not seem knowledgeable and confident enough for addressing nuanced aesthetics. If you are an adult seeking nuanced treatment, I would recommend elsewhere.

I decided to get my overbite fixed to obtain a better smile. Despite my initial apprehensions and me being anxious about getting braces, I had a great time at belmar orthodontics. The office had a welcoming atmosphere, with wonderful people and staff, who answered all of my questions very patiently, as well as affordable rates. If you're looking for a good and skilled orthodontist in lakewood, I recommend Dr. Hardy.

I went here for lingual braces (behind your teeth) as they were one of the only places that did it at the time. Early on in the process one of the assistants cut my lip and even when I said something she didn't say sorry. I wish I still had the photo. Lots of appointments run longer then they would tell me on the phone. Overall I didn't love my experience.

I've been bringing my kids to Belmar Orthodontics for a few years now and every time we come in they are very friendly the whole staff there has always been very nice! There is never any waiting as soon as we get there they take my kids back. Dr. Hardy and his team are doing a great job! Their office is always well-kept and very clean! :)

Dr. TC Hardy and team were lifesavers! We had nothing short of a traumatic experience at another orthodontist and I had no confidence we'd find someone who could get us through the orthodontic process with my daughter's anxiety. That's when I found these reviews for Dr. Hardy and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. From the first phone call I knew we were in the right hands and the right place. They were warm and welcoming, hyper aware of her anxiety concerns and made accommodations to support that. We were also given options on types of expanders, and the molds were state-of-the-art scans instead of the gooey mess that was a total, sensory trigger for her. Every single thing about our experience was better. At the end of that first appointment, my daughter squealed "I actually like going to the dentist!" and that hasn't changed in the near year we've been going. She and I both appreciated that they spoke to her as the patient, instead of around her to me. Dr. Hardy even started treating my fairly emergent TMJ issue, and we now see Dr. Namrata Hardy for peds dentistry. It's a very happy place inside Belmar Orthodontics and we'll be regulars for some time to come. Thank you for taking care of us!

Dr. Hardy is great. He is very thorough and detailed when explaining things, but at the same time doesn't make you feel stupid. He also has Amanda, she is so great, she talks to you and makes you feel loved!
