I usually have low expectations for dentists, have had terrible experiences before. These people however, are amazing. They treat me well, are respectful and professional. I came in for an impacted wisdom tooth, and so far their initial tests and the way the greeted me at the front desk has been wonderful. My anxiety about getting my wisdom tooth removed has significantly lowered.

So I'm one of those people who is terrified of the dentist, always have been. Everyone here was incredibly and genuinely nice, even asked about personal things (job, where I'm from, etc etc) so I felt more at ease and listened too/seen. Everyone also explained everything very thoroughly, gave me my plan of care and scheduled the required appointments right there (even talked about options to make my treatments less awful for me like headphones, etc). It was honestly the most calm I've ever felt at a dentists office.

This place felt like a breath of fresh air! Every single staff member, from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, were so nice and helpful. The assistant that helped me, Amber, was extremely nice and very informative. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, and they made the entire process so streamlined and easy. They offered different payment types, as well as an overall payment plan, and they even give you a little "goodie bag" when you come in. I was a new patient and it was only $59 for the xrays! 10/10 experience, highly recommended.

I was so hopeful initially that I had landed on my forever dentist in Bellingham. Unfortunately after several years, I been repeatedly disappointed. I have essentially been scammed into paying extra for services that were charged to insurance but they didn't cover, only to realize, those services weren't actually performed and they 'up charged insurance' thinking that the insurance company would pay it but then it landed in my pocket. They have also cancelled appointments at the last minute and the dentist is quite condescending. I am sad to say that I am searching for another dentist. And if you go here, check your bill closely and get second opinions!

Just had my first visit today. The entire experience was 5 star. I'm generally critical of dental offices but the Bellingham Dental Group is different - VERY professional, upbeat, educational and expedient in their performed services! If you want a positive dental experience at a very well organized and sharp looking clinic with state of the art equipment, I strongly recommend the Bellingham Dental Group on Ellis Street in Bellingham!!

Moved away for 2 years and Bellingham Dental Group service and team is still excellent. The front desk staff over the phone and in person are always knowledgeable helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute appointment for me. Annie and Dr. Hong took care of me during appointment, they made the environment and procedure very comfortable. They provided useful information and answered all my questions and concerns. Very happy with the service and team here.
