Dr. Michaela Bobeva is the owner and managing dentist of Bellevue Harmony Dental. She holds a Master Degree in Oral Medicine from the University of Washington, and is a graduate of the University of Sofia, where she completed her dental degree with honors. Dr. Bobeva has been a dentist since 1999, enjoying every aspect of general dentistry. Prior to establishing Bellevue Harmony Dental in 2012, she has been practicing on the Eastside in variety of private practices. Dr. Bobeva lectures on Oral Medicine topics and compliments her general dentistry skills with her specialized training in treatment of dry mouth, TMD, and systemic diseases affecting the mouth, autoimmune diseases. Dr. Bobeva treats patients of all ages, but especially enjoys working with small children and their parents to ensure that her little patients will grow up loving their visits to the dentist. She has two girls of her own. She treats every patient the same way she would treat her family. In her spare time Dr. Bobeva enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, board games, and reading. She has been training karate for several years and is expected to test for black belt soon. Martial arts have thought her not only physical strength, but discipline, focus and humility.
Our story started in 1992 when Dr. Eva Chvoy became the first female dentist to go into private practice in Bellevue, WA. In 2012, Dr. Michaela Bobeva took over the office and renamed it Bellevue Harmony Dental.

Dr. Bobeva is the first dentist I have been to who has asked me what I wanted out of my smile. She took the time to have a conversation with me before doing anything else. She displayed great knowledge, passion for her field and empathy for her patients. The receptionist was also very warm and welcoming. I was impressed by the entire team and enjoyed the intimate office setting.

Dr. Bobeva is my dentist, because she is knowledgeable, patient and experienced. She always explains in lay terms the dental procedures, so that I feel in safe hands. All the dental work she has done on me is not only durable, but also with great appearance.

Others have said it already - Dr.Bobeva is absolutely the best dentist I have met. It is critical for a dentist to get to the root of the problem, not just dealing with the current condition - that is exactly what she does. I wish I have met Dr. Bobeva ~ 20 dentists ago.

Nothing but good things to say! Dr. Michaela Bobeva is very knowledgeable and was able to lay out a clear plan of how she wants my teeth to be in the near future. I have ADHD and its sometimes hard to keep up my dental health. I never felt any judgement from her and she gave me so much advice on how to think of different ways to keep up my dental health. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Bobeva and her team are top notch professionals. When I first started going to her several years ago, I had a filling that was never quite right from my old dentist, who basically told me there was nothing wrong. Dr. Bobeva not only listened, but *fixed* the tooth! She also got me set up with a night guard, and headaches that I thought were caffiey withdrawal headaches in the morning went away completely because I was grinding my teeth at night. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this her practice. If you care about your mouth, treat yourself to this dentist office.

We've been going to Dr Bobeva since 2016 and we've always had a pleasant experience with her. Her staff are always friendly, the office is always sparkling clean and most importantly Dr. Bobeva does a thorough job. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, takes into consideration your circumstances and gives an honest opinion on treatment options.

I like my new dentist. I came to Bellevue Harmony Dental because my previous dentist retired. I chose them after reading good reviews, and because it's a small practice - I'm immune-compromised and, with the pandemic, I like that I don't have to share air with a lot of other people. Dr. Bobeva is wonderful to work with. She explains things well, and welcomes my questions. I haven't had any major work done yet - maybe I won't have to under her care.
