Dr. Sammy Pak, DDS is passionate about providing families in Woodinville, Bellevue, Shoreline, Tacoma, and Puyallup, Washington and its surrounding communities with comprehensive dental care thats innovative, safe, and effective. His training and experience equip him with the skills necessary to treat routine and complex oral health issues, and he also focuses on preventing dental problems at every stage of life. Dr. Pak welcomes patients of all ages to the offices of Sammy BD Pak, DDS.
Dr. Pak completed his undergraduate studies at the well-respected La Sierra University in Riverside, California. He earned his DDS degree from Loma Linda University Dental School in 1999. Dr. Pak is an active member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Pierce County Dental Association, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He received the coveted Golden Apple Award for New Dentist Legislative Leadership from the American Dental Association in 2008. Hes also had the honor and privilege of serving as President of the Pierce County Dental Society.
Dr. Pak keeps pace with the latest developments in dental products and procedures through continuing education via postgraduate courses and professional conferences. His goal is to provide his patients with the best dental care available in a family-oriented and welcoming environment.
He grew up on the Hawaiian island of Oahu and has fond memories of childhood adventures with his brother and sister, such as learning how to climb coconut trees. These days, Dr. Pak enjoys fishing with his friends and chasing a tiny white ball around the golf course while daydreaming about hitting a perfect hole in one.

Every one is very nice and patient with my son. He wasn't interested to open his mouth and show it to the dentist and the Doctor. But they waited for him utill he is okay to be clean him up. I will like to say thank you for your patient.

Excellent service. The receptionist Noolee was very inviting on my first visit. Dental assistant Perla and Doctor Commons were very kind to me throughout my experience and efficient in delivering a high quality no fluff dental cleaning and assessment. Perla and Dr Commons truly made me feel like a valued customer and patient at the dental practice and even out of it- they were very receptive and understanding of all my concerns and always made sure that i was comfortable with the experience from the moment i stepped into their office all the way to moment my cleaning and initial examination assessment was concluded and then some. Their tag team effort during before and after cleaning is nothing short of legendary and again makes me feel even more paid attention to and valued. Ive never had such a great experience at the dentist before Furthermore Dr Commons and Perla do not pressure you into anything and 100% of the time offered me objective assessments as to what options i can consider and how that may benefit me aesthetic concerns or objective health concerns are well understood and solutions aptly suggested ( only if needed or if wanted) In short my visit to this dental office was truly a treat (though treats are ill advised prior to dental appts haha though Perla has some dental lollis ill have to try :)) I felt valued at this dental practice through and through and that is very important to me. Im so glad i visited this practice. Thank you very much Perla and Dr Commons and Noolee!

I called Bellevue Eastside Family Dental 5 or 6 years ago when I didn't have a dentist and was experiencing a painful emergency. They got me in right away which is almost unheard of. I've gone there ever since, Nolee and Perla always greet me with a friendly smile and remember me even when it's been 6 months. DR. Commons works miracles. I highly recommend Bellevue Eastside Family Dental.

I have been going to Dr. Commons for years. He is one of the most compassionate and caring Dentists and wonderful at his craft and skills in the Seattle/ Bellevue area you can find. The staff are caring and wonderful. If you need one of the best Dentists on the Eastside or Seattle area he is your go to Dentist to trust and know you are getting the most honest and through care. Children as well, he is great with. Especially if this is their first visit to a Dentist.

I had a really good experience at here. Dr Pak is really nice, patient and professional. He gave me his personal phone number. He answered my question even during the weekend. Also he double checked I am getting better on the other day. The staff are really friendly as well. They make me feel comfortable to have dental treatment at here.

I have been going to Bellevue Eastside Family Dental for almost 2 years now. Each visit has been an easy and enjoyable experience. The staff are very friendly and the receptionist always greeted me with my name prior to check in. They are time efficient with scheduling appointments and everyone is very knowledgeable. My dentist recommended a night guard and they were able to squeeze me in the same day without having to come back in for another appointment for the measurements. It came a week later! I highly recommend.

The dentists here are very attentive to your needs and concerns. They explain their procedures thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. While they work on your teeth, they provide you with ways to communicate your discomfort or needs for breaks. The staff is very friendly and always starts conversations to make you feel at ease or build a connection. The clinic itself is clean and well organized. There's a comfortable sitting area with someone at the front desk. If you have any questions, she can help you out!
