Awesome service from Dr. Max Saxena. He always makes me feel comfortable in the chair, especially when he's doing harder work like tooth extractions and root canals! The staff are so kind and welcoming. Stellar job, I will definitely keep coming back!

Wait area felt super comfortable and tidy !! loved the fact that they've kept a "hand moisturiser" along with the sanitizer , much needed & useful idea !

Front office is full of inefficient people. Had a surgery in Dec 2018 and paid all the balances due, came back in summer 2019 for cleaning - no questions asked or communication. Came back in Jan 2020 for my next appointment, I'm told that I owe $$ for surgery that happened in 2018/19 and told that the front office "forgot" to tell you. Reached out to my insurance and after they talked- the charges magically dropped - Insurance told that I don't owe anything. Surprise Surprise 2022- I get a call from a collection agency asking for money that I owe to Bellevue Dentist. When I look at some of the other reviews here I'm not surprised that they did this to me - my insurance literally told me - "Your provider could not justify the need of XX procedure in your case". Beware and find a better place.

Invis align helped me improve the teeth shape in a large content! Dentist, hygienist, front desk are all so friendly and patient, really nice dentistry! I will recommend more friends coming for regular teeth cleaning and teeth health check.

Can't say enough about how well the care and treatment is at Bellevue Dentists. The team there under Dr. Max really are outstanding no matter what the procedure. Informative, thorough, exacting in every way. Really appreciate all they have done and would highly recommend if you looking for a great dentist and team.

Went for a basic annual dental exam with no complaints and was given a list of follow-up treatments (with one being "emergency").. I was told that the procedure will be covered by the insurance and my out-of-pocket expense would be a max of $300. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. Fell for the trap and went ahead with the "emergency" procedure. To my shock was billed $1000+ after few months.

Both dentists were very knowledgeable! I haven't been to a dentist for a while but they were able to do 5 fillings and deep cleaning after 3 visits. I will definitely come back again!

Obviously a low income patient looking for dental help they guilted me on how "bad" the state of my teeth were in. Obviously knowing they had me panicked on my dental health they prescribed extreme measures of work to be done (costing over $2,000) when all I really needed was a couple fillers and a custom mouth guard. I instantly went to see a different dentist in Redmond who made me feel comfortable and respected. I have been emailed and called constantly because as I have just found out, I owe them over $300 for just a first time consultation. I would not go back here and truthfully this has been one of the worst dental experiences I've had. .... NOW after being given a response to this review from Bellevue Dentist, I am even more sure that this is not the place to go for accessible dental health! I fully understand the costliness of dental care, as it is the main reason for my gap in dental care the last few years. To defend your actions as a medical team, when other local medical professionals were able to explicitly show me and explain in a clear manner what I needed help with (WHICH was nowhere near the work and cost initially requested by Bellevue Dentist) plainly exemplifies the unnecessary financial sacrifice patients have to make to go to your office. A 30 minute consultation with a different medical professional than the one I made an appointment with shouldn't cost $300. Besides the many robot reviews giving 5 stars there are plenty of real people who have written essays (like me) about the lack of respect and quality in their time at Bellevue Dentist.

I have received great care from this provider. When there was an issue with a billing error, they completely owned it to resolution and were great with communication.

Questionable billing practices; although they make the effort to quote and collect at time of service, they weren't able to understand a common insurance carrier and sent a bill over a years worth of visits. Then had the nerve to threaten a collection agency for late payment. Avoid.

Beware from this MONEYMINDED Dr. Most of the 5 star ratings here are fake and they are from their own employees or relatives or friends. After every one star rating he begs his friends / employees to add 5 star ratings. He is not a professional doctor and he is an arrogant person. Believe me he is not a good doctor and beware of him. I wish google provides zero ratings and this Dr deserves it.

Have been going here about two years now, staff is super professional and friendly!! Even though I moved to Seattle I still go over to Bellevue for my dentist appointments!! :)

If there is a chance of giving minus I would have given it. The process of check and cleaning was good but be aware of the money they charge you. Even if it is being covered in dental insurance they will charge thousand bucks extra which you need to pay from your pocket. I would suggest avoid going to this place. They don't have their billing system whenever you call it will go to VM and the receptionist doesn't have any clue why they are off and they will inform that they will ask billing department to call you back and you wait and wait and call never comes back. Again AVOID going here! Save time and money!

Beware from this MONEYMINDED Dr. MAX Saxena. He will fool you with all the big words and make you believe that you got something very serious and needs urgent attention. So I had been to this Dr. Max Saxena as my root canal crown fell off and needed to be fixed. He said the crown needs to replaced and I blindly believed and got a new crown worth $550. The crown was a 5 year warranty. So after a year the crown was loose and this time when I went for a fix as the crown was in 5 year warranty the MONEYMINDED Dr. MAX Saxena forcibly pulled the crown which led my teeth to break. That cunning doctor did it on purpose and now forced me to get an implant done from him as he is expert in that field. And he gave an estimate of almost $7000 for an implant, whereas his website says $3000 Very unprofessional and MONEYMINDED doctor. Attaching the picture of my tooth and whoever reading this review please don't go to this doctor and he will try his best to ruin your perfect teeth so he can fix it and make money.

My wife and I had a terrible experience, we got an exam and cleaning off of Groupon. After the exam they said I needed $30000 worth or work and my wife like $10000!! They also said I needed a deep cleanings and my wife a regular cleaning but would not do the regular cleaning. We went to another dentist and were told we didnt need almost all of what these guy recommended. We then went to the UW Dental School which is awesome an cheap, we are retired with dental insurance, and they alos said we didnt need most of what these guy recommended. Avoid these guys.
