Bellevue Dental and Implant Center has competent and friendly staff, they saved me from a bad dental situation at another location and have restored my trust in dentistry!! Highly recommend Dr. Minnoch and his staff!

Bellevue dental care and implant center is by far the best choice for dental care in the Bellevue area. I went to 2 others locally and it was painful , literally and figuratively. Here at Dr. Minnochs the experience is very comfortable. The staff is inviting and funny. I now enjoy my dentist visits and that's saying a mouthful....!!!

TL;DR: Every time I go to this office I'm in pain for days to weeks. Preventative care here led to one of my teeth dying. I've never suffered so much prolonged physical pain from a single organization before. I went in for fillings and it turns out one of the fillings was placed on a nerve and killed the nerve which required a root canal to fix. I then for some reason went back to Bellevue Dental Care to put in the crown only for them to leave a jagged piece of plastic/enamel on my gums which was in constant pain since the crown was put in until the piece broke off and now I feel much better. I checked with a friend that also goes to this office and they had the same story (e.g. filling placed on nerve-> root canal -> crown). Also, during the procedure for the crown, Dr. Minnoch came by to check up on the work and decided to make fun of my teeth to his colleague while I was still in the room with headphones on. On the upside, they have headphones and Hulu so you can catch up on shows during the appointment. The staff is also generally friendly.

Good work performed by Kristie, but lots of delays and moving/canceling appointments thus affecting our schedules a lot. The front desk, especially Aimee and Benee- need to re-think how they talk to patients and how pushy they can be. They need to step back and relax a little as well as start respecting patients more, especially Aimee. The doctor might want to re-evaluate the lab he works with- extremely slow- 3 months delay for us, and especially his front desk staff.

Great dentist, great team. Everyone is always smiling and trying to make the best experience they can. I always was very anxious every time I had to go to the dentist but they always put me at ease, being very careful so I am not in any pain. I really recommend them.

Bellevue Dental Care was able to get me an opening last minute as a new patient because I was experiencing severe tooth pain. I ended up needing a root canal, so they looked around and helped me find an office that could see me SAME DAY! :D A+, everyone was super kind and Dr Minnoch was also very sympathetic and listened.

Highly recommend. Our family has been seeing Dr Minnoch for the past 9 years. Not only is he an excellent dentist, but he has wonderful staff working with him which make visiting the dentist as relaxing as possible. I've always had really great hygienists who are friendly & gentle when cleaning my teeth. I have really sensitive gums & they always give great advice on caring for them.

Have been going to this dentist for 4 years and recommended it to friends, even after we've moved to Seattle, still came to Bellevue for our dentist appointments. In my last cleaning, the technician broke my retainer wire... it was a very much "he said she said" situation since I noticed it when she flossed right through but she claims it couldn't have been from her tartar scraping, which was done pretty aggressively where the retainer was... Anyhow, Dr.Minnoch came and saw it, said don't worry, we'll take care of it. Fast forward two weeks, another Dentist at the clinic replaced the retainer wire and I get charged for $662 for the retainer, $775 for the left and $890 for the right "filling" to attach the wire to. I called the front office to ask about these charges, she said she would have to get back to me and hurriedly hung up. Two days later, still not hearing back, I called again, and she has completely forgotten with no intention of ever calling me. The response was since it was done by another dentist, Dr.Minnoch cannot waive anything even though it's his practice. I paid off my balance and proceeded to cancel all my and my husband's future appointments. Not worth the troubles, especially after my last filling that caused my lower left tooth to be sensitive to chewing anything for 2.5 months after. Good bye after 4 years!
