Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Professional and honest! I visited another dentist in Pasadena that recommended costly dental procedures. I wasn't comfortable with what they said, so I got a second opinion from Dr. Z and his staff. He explained the Procedure would have been a necessary and saved me a bunch of money in the process. Thank you!

I wish to say that the professionalism and dental care provided by Dr Raifman as well as the hygiene rendered by Robert and the service that the office staff provides have all exceeded my expectations! It has been one of my best decisions since moving to Los Angeles area. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of care!

New dentist took over this establishment, since then it has been the worst. Went for a simple filling and was not done right, sold me on some $25.00 toothpaste to help with pain??? Just Nickle and diming people here. Scheduled me for an appointment that I did not want. Charged me for not going anyways. And now they sent me to collections for that fee and for something that my insurance did not cover. They have not reached out to me to explain charges, just straight to collections. That is not how you treat your clients. Bad all around service since new owners took over.

I get regular cleaning at Bella Smile for 5 years now. Everyone there is great, very nice, and does a great job. If you are looking for someone who does a gentle work of cleaning your teeth, I highly recommend Belle Smile. The dentist and hygienist explain what they will do in details and address any questions/concerns about procedures they will perform. I had Invisalign done last September to fix my jaw alignment and some teeth that were a little crooked. The was very reasonable and they a great job. I am very happy with how my teeth looks.

Great reminder system! I'll get texts and emails reminding me to schedule or if I have an upcoming appointment. The front desk ladies are kind. Also, Robert (Hygienist) is very knowledgeable. He was always checking on me during cleaning to make that he wasn't being too rough. Great office! Great service!

I needed a crown and I couldn't be happier with the result. I was nervous but such care was taken in explaining the procedure and it was fast and painless and Alexy and Dr. Zaifman and I had some laughs. Which makes things fun. Not to mention how much I actually like going to Belle Smile generally. Yanneth and Natalie at the front desk are great with appointments and quick and thorough to explain insurance stuff, and I see hygienist Robert every six month for cleaning and he his kind and quick and thorough. Recommend!
