Esthetic Solutions is led by master lab technician Dennis Cheatham, who is an exceptional ceramist/technician. For 40 years, he has called Nashville, TN, his home, and has been trained by Ivoclar as well as recognized industry experts and educators such as Pete Dawson, Lee Culp, and Matt Roberts. Dennis is an expert in the newest esthetic materials, technologies and techniques and assists us daily. Our patients continually benefit from the transition of his beautiful diagnostic mock-ups being recreated by milling machine technology and hand application of porcelains into lifelike smiles and ultimately changed lives.His passion is anterior dental esthetics and the recreation of smiles. Dr. James R. Pace Sr. attended Montgomery Bell Academy and then received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Master of Arts from George Peabody-Vanderbilt University, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and Volunteer Study Club. He started the Belle Meade Family Dentistry practice in 1978 and was the founder of the Middle Tennessee Implant Study Club.

Dr. Pace has served the Nashville Dental Society as Chairman of Peer Review and has served as a delegate to the Tennessee Dental Association. He has repeatedly been recognized by a voting of his peers as one of the top dentists in the Nashville Scene Magazine. He is a 2015 Patients Choice Award Winner. He has consistently received recognition by the Tennessee Dental Association for his hours of continuing education. He is an active supporter of the Interfaith Dental Center and has lead and participated in multiple dental and medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Pace has a keen interest in implant, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He placed his first dental implant in 1980. He is a certified Invisalign and Clear Correct Provider. Dr. Pace enjoys church, hunting, fishing, college sports, history, hiking, blue grass music, and travel. He and his wife Dorothy have three children.

Dr. Temp Sullivan is a native Nashvillian and a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy. He earned his Biology Degree from Rhodes College in Memphis and graduated from University of Tennessee Dental School in 1997. He followed in his families footsteps of dentistry as eight members of his family have been dentists. He has practiced general dentistry in Nashville for 18 years. Dr. Sullivan has completed over 1500 hours of continuing education in adult and teen sedation, implant placement and restoration, root canal therapy, clear aligner therapy, pediatric dental care, and training in pinhole gum rejuvenation by Dr. Chao. He has earned his fellow in laser dentistry at World Clinical Laser Institute and regularly uses a diode, erbium, and NdYag laser for dental procedures. He treats limited adult orthodontic patients with Invisalign, ClearCorrect, and is a recognized provider for Six Month Smile. He has been recognized nationally as a dentist of excellence.

Dr. Sullivan maintains an active membership in the Woodmont and Greater Nashville Dental Study Clubs. He is a member of Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Society, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, Academy of General Dentistry, Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He has been a delegate for the Tennessee Dental Association and a member of Peer Review committee for TennCare.

Dr. Sullivan has been married to his wife Elizabeth for 20 years and enjoys spending time with his three children, Kate, Hugh, and Mary Virginia. He is an active member at First Presbyterian Church and served as a deacon for six years. He is also a volunteer and supporter for Interfaith Dental Clinic. Dr. Sullivan enjoys the outdoors, cross training, and time on the lake.
