When Dr. Ortega is not at the office, she loves spending time with her wonderful husband Edrey and their two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Penelope. They also have a sweet and lovable Goldendoodle, Cookie, who brings a smile to all who meet her! As a family, they enjoy taking part in local community events, traveling, and going to the beach!

Dr. Ortega and her team are amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable, diligent, kind and fun. I visited the office for my sons braces and was amazed at how quickly they attended to him. There is really no wait, just to fill out paperwork. The office is beautiful and has welcoming vibe. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyones orthodontic needs.

Dr Ortega and her staff are absolutely the most amazing team. Dr Ortega has made me feel absolutely beautiful again and has gone above and beyond for me. She did more than I could ever ask for the office has such a nice and calm vibe and was always clean. I never had to wait for my appt and was always in and out. She works very well with every schedule. I love her and her team so much!!!

Best office ever. In general, everyone is amazing. The front desk girls are very attentive, the nurses are super caring and patient and the doctor is just wonderful. Great experience for my daughter who suffers from very bad anxiety attacks. Not even once she fell anxiety or distress, they are very understanding and extremely professional. Five stars is not enough.

I've been coming to this office for over a year now and it's been such a great and easy going process. I've locally checked other orthodontist offices before starting my treatment with Bella Smiles and none of them made me feel as welcome as Bella Smiles does. The staff is great and Dr.Ortega always makes sure I leave her practice feeling ready for those long weekend BBQs. Jarizet is usually the assistant that works on me and she's great!!

My first time that I meet the clinic and the layout, technology and the staffs, I really understand how outstanding are Bella Smilles. Thiago received a great treatment and always when he need the maintenance they are so available to take care of him. I'm my opinion the Bella smiles is the best orthodontic that we have in Orlando area. I visited many others but none one looks like Bella smilles !!!! The price, the contract and the entire process it's amazing. My favorite staff is Maria because always she happy and very helpful to the clients !!! Thank you guys for change the Thiago's smiles !!!!

The experience at this location is like no other. I have been coming here for a few months now, (for braces), and from day one it has been a delight. I am one of those that gets very nervous at the dentist office but Dr. Ortega and her professional staff made it so comfortable it doesn't even phase me anymore. My visits here are coming to an end and I couldn't leave without expressing my gratitude with everyone at Bella Smiles. Thank you for everything and I will definitely recommend your place to everyone! Keep up the great work..you will be missed!
