I graduated with my bachelors in criminal justice and sociology from Washington State University. I then decided to change my focus and I received my dental hygiene degree from Pierce College and I have been working at BellaSmiles Dentistry since 2008. I am married with 2 children, both boys who keep me plenty busy outside of work.
I have been here at Bella Smiles since December 2015. I have been a dental assistant for the past 9 years. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people and helping them feel comfortable while getting treatment done. I grew up in Elma and relocated here with my husband and our 5 sons who keep us very busy with all their sports! We love being outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting. My name is Jade and I have been in dentistry since 2014. I started as a dental assistant and later transitioned to the front office. My favorite part about working in dentistry is meeting new people and helping them achieve the smile they have always wanted! I grew up in this area and love to spend my free time outdoors either camping, riding quads, or going to the top fuel races in the summer.
I have been at Bella Smiles since July 2018. I have been in the dental field since the year 2000. I became a dental hygienist in 2011. Before that my dental positions included front and back office dental assistant and dental lab technician. I am originally from northern California and have lived here in Washington since 2011. My favorite part about being in the dental office is meeting all the patients and learning about everyone I meet. When Im not at work I enjoy spending time with my kids, husband and family.
I am a newer face at Bella Smiles, I started in March of 2019. I very much enjoy my work. I ABSOLUTELY love people, and I am fortunate to be able to interact with people every day. I grew up in the PNW, and I am now raising my 3 girls here. In my free time I can be found hiking, cooking, crafting, and I love a good road trip! Dr. Nigam graduated in 1998 with D.M.D. from University of Pennsylvania, one of the top dental schools in the country. At the University he graduated in the top 25% of the class with honors in various courses.
Prior to that, he had earned his BDS, Bachelors in Dental Surgery, from the University of Delhi, a prestigious university in India. He earned various accolades and graduated in the top three positions of the dental school in India.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania he associated with a dental practice of Dr. Orens in Pennsylvania for two and half years, when he honed his skills and got tremendous exposure and experience in treating TMD patients with Dr. Oren who specialized in TMD. He moved to Washington State in 2001 and has situated himself with his wife and two kids in Gig Harbor. He has serviced the needs of his patients from 2001-2006 in the Kitsap Peninsula area and now in Puyallup from 2006 to present. He developed the practice in Puyallup with patient comfort in mind. He has spent his resources in attaining cutting-edge education and technology for the practice, by incorporating digital Radiography, laser cavity detection system, and Waterlase MD, to further the approach of minimally invasive dentistry. His core values of comfort, quality care, and compassion are the guiding principles to attain his vision. He maintains active memberships in ADA, WSDA, PC DA, and AGD.
Dr. Sheng graduated from the University of New York College of Dentistry in 2015. Following that, he pursued a one year General Practice Hospital Based Residency Program where he was able to continue his dental education with a range of specialist mentors in order to provide a high quality of care through a variety of procedures including root canals, extractions, and implants
Upon returning to the West Coast, Dr. Sheng was an associate dentist in Olympia where he continued to hone his skills and take several continuing education courses to provide the most up to date care possible. After moving up to Tacoma, he joined BellaSmiles of Puyallup. He enjoys providing gentle care and keeping his patients comfortable while they are in the dental chair

The doctors and the dental hygienists here are so professional and kind. I don't usually write reviews but I've had such a good experience every time I visit this clinic, I felt that I needed to let others know that this is a superb dental clinic!

Bella's Smiles has renewed my faith in excellent care!! They made me feel like I was a close friend or a family member. Everyone was super kind and incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns. Because of the wonderful people at Bella's Smiles's For the first time in my adult life I actually enjoy going to the dentist!!! Keeping oral health will no longer be a challenge for me. Very good experience! Had been quite sometime since I had been to the dentist, so needless to say I was a bit uneasy. But I found the staff to be very gentle and comforting. I had to have a tooth pulled and they were able to get me in the next day. The whole time the Doctor and assistant explained everything they were doing. Felt like I was in very good hands. I will definitely return for any of my dental needs.

I have been going to BellaSmiles for quite some time and found the employees to be extremely friendly and professional. When it comes to numbing you for a procedure he's very gentle and you literally feel nothing. For those that have had bad experiences in the past with numbing you won't find that here at BellaSmiles. Shannon and Jade are the two associates that I deal with most, they're always pleasant and will help you through your needs. Since finding this place I assure you you'll definitely leave here with a Bella smile !

Angela pays close attention to all the details. She inspected my dentures and saw a sharp edge. Angela showed it to a dentist that blended out the sharp edge. It is so much more comfortable. I recommend Bela Smiles to my friends and family.
