Julie is Dr. Stirneman's business manager and wife. She attended Texas A&M University as an undergraduate, and then headed to Houston where she attended the University of Houston Law School. After graduating in 2004, Julie spent the next five years practicing law. When she and Dr. Stirneman purchased the practice from Dr. Brook, Julie decided to take a break from law and help manage Bellaire Family Dentistry. She is now known as Dr. Stirneman's business manager, and makes the day to day and financial decisions for the practice.
Dr. Stirnemanwas raised inthe small town of Yoakum, Texas. He received his undergraduatedegree in Biomedical Sciencesfrom Texas A&M University. Dr. Stirneman thenattended dental school in Houston at the University of Texas Dental Branch, where he earned his doctorate of dental surgery.Dr. Stirneman received several awards for skill in his field and is enthusiastic about offering restorative and cosmetic procedures for his patients.
Dr. Stirneman prides himself on providing gentle and compassionate care to his patients and utilizes a conservative philosophy in his practice. Heenjoys providing each of his patients a range of options to address their particular dental concern, whether it be the a state of the art final restoration or a temporary solution. Dr. Stirnemen is a wonderful dentist. We found out about him from our oral surgeon. He is calm, clear, and does an amazingly gentle job cleaning your teeth. If you are fearful of the dentist or have had an unpleasant experience in the past, try Bellaire Family Dentistry, they will put your mind at ease. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, my teeth were cleaned by Jenny, a hygienist who was new to me. She was terrific. She was efficient, methodical, and pleasant. This lady is top notch at her game.

This practice is wonderful. Everyone on staff is friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, Dr. Stirneman is very honest and doesn't try to push services you don't need. I recommend him to everyone I know.

I had been a loyal patient of Dr. Stirneman for 15 plus years. My mom was Dr. Stirneman's Professor at the Dental School and our entire family goes to Dr. Stirneman. He's an awesome dentist - very honest, laid back and doesn't push any unnecessary treatment on you. He had a great mentor who I used to see before Dr. Stirneman took the practice over. I travel out of town a lot for work and sometimes have to reschedule cleaning appointments. In Winter 2021 after rescheduling an appointment I got a letter in the mail saying "due to an excessive number of cancellations over the years I was no longer welcome". I thought this was strange, particularly given the receptionist had already rescheduled me for an April 2022 appointment. I also thought it was really rude given our family's history of loyalty to Dr. Stirneman and it was also deceptive since I had never cancelled without rescheduling. I have always given at least 24 hours notice before rescheduling. Never was I presented any sort of policy that if you rescheduled too many times, even if you followed the 24 hour rule, you could be fired. Subsequently, my mom went to see him and requested they allow me to get back into the appointment schedule. The lead receptionist agreed and said for me to call the office ASAP. Relieved, I called the very next day - the lead receptionist however said "well your parents put me in an awkward position so our position stands". So she lied to my mom, Dr. Stirneman's Professor who has referred him so much business. It was an appropriate way to end the relationship, since it was marred by the dishonesty of the office. There were probably 5-10 times over the last 15 years I left voicemails and emails requesting either records or to reschedule and didn't receive a response. The expectations for communication are only a one way streat and something really smells about the way this was handled and what the true motivations were. This is definitely the most unprofessional encounter with a Doctor's office I have ever had.

I went to Dr Stirneman by referral of friends. When I entered the office, the greeting I received was warm and heartfelt. After completing the usual paperwork, I had minimal wait time and was shown into an exam room where the dental assistant and Dr Stirneman listened to my history and sat with me for a period of time to explain to me my condition and advise me about what to do. He was thorough and used pictures to explain his opinion. I would return to him as my dentist and would highly recommend him based on my experience.
