Dr. Farrah has been a Palm Beach County resident for over 20 years. She started her career as a mechanical engineer, but she was introduced to the medical field after graduation. The satisfaction she received from caring for people led her to change her career and combine her inventive mind with the art and science of dentistry.
Dr. Farrah received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science from FAU, then continued her dental education at Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Farrah has been practicing dentistry in Palm Beach County since 2017. She is meticulous in providing care to her patients and believes her education in engineering and dentistry gives her a significant advantage in treating her patients.
Dr. Farrah is committed to delivering the highest possible quality of care to her patients in a comfortable environment. Every effort is made to evaluate new products and procedures to determine their potential benefits. To facilitate this process, Dr. Farrah never stopped taking continuing education courses.

Dr. Gholami received her certificate in Periodontics and Masters in Craniofacial Biology from Nova Southeastern University College of Dentistry, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She also earned a Post-Doctoral Fellowship Certificate in Advanced Periodontal Surgeries and Implantology from the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
Dr. Gholami has extensive experience in full mouth rehabilitation implant surgeries, advanced bone augmentations, sinus grafts, and oral cosmetic surgeries. She is actively engaged in practice, teaching, and research in Implantology and Advanced Periodontics.
Dr. Gholami has published and presented her research results in multiple national and international conferences and has served as a reviewer for several journals in her professional society. She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the American Board of Periodontology. She has been honored to teach Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the University of Florida, University of Illinois, Chicago, and currently at Nova Southeastern University to pursue her passion for educating and inspiring the fresh young minds of her students and residents. Dr. Gholami is committed to providing excellent patient care and life-long learning.

All the way from the parking lot to the operating room they treat you with the utmost respect--it is obvious that they genuinely care not only for your well-being, but your experience each and every time you step into their office. They are very flexible with your work schedules and will adapt to best serve you as long you communicate that to them. They have state of the art technology that enhances the quality of your dental care one-hundred-fold, compared to other dental offices. They text you with updates so it is nearly impossible to forget your appointments. The environment appeals more as a luxury spa more than a dental office because of how relaxing and peaceful the ambiance is. I will be referring my entire family as well as my work friends with the confidence that BELLAGIO will take their time with each and everyone one of them. Explaining each step of the process carefully to make sure they understand the entirety of what's going on. This place is awesome and the dentists and staff are extremely intelligent, experienced, innovative, and trustworthy. I never thought I'd say this...but I can't wait to go back to the dentist!

The office is beautiful. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. I was able to get in for an appointment right away. The doctor took the time to explain everything throughly and answered all my questions. They even called a couple days after my procedure to make sure I was doing alright.

I can't rave enough about my excellent experience at Bellagio dental! From the moment I called to make an appointment they fit me right in same day the staff is so warm and friendly and I never felt more comfortable with a dentist EVER so informative and patient and give me all the options and different alternatives to fix the tooth I was having issues with. I've gone to other dental offices that rush you are rude and we're double the price of Bellagio dental. Come in you won't regret it!

It was my first time visiting the Bellagio Implant Center and I must say it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed. The staff is friendly and attentive. The decor down to the smallest detail was modern and gave a sense of sophistication, professionalism and calming. It is impossible to say enough good things about Dr. Rose Farrah and Bellagio Dental. Every time I visit I feel well taken care of. I value that more than I can say, and I'm grateful. Dr. Farrah is the kind of person that makes a wonderful doctor. She's a genuinely nice person, sincere and compassionate. Her touch is gentle, and she does beautiful work, with great attention to detail. I'm so lucky to have found her. I needed multiple extractions and a partial. She did an amazing job on a tight schedule. My partial matches and fits perfectly. It looks good and feels good. This is my first partial, and for all my worry about managing it, there was no adjustment period. I could speak clearly and eat comfortably from day one. Hallelujah! Perfect is the only way to describe the experience. Also, I have to say that the staff at Bellagio Dental are professional, helpful, and kind. Big smiles always and very efficient. They're a pleasure to work with. I have more dental work in my immediate future, which should stress me out, but it doesn't. I'm confident that with Dr. Farrah as my dentist everything will be fine.
