Excellent service! Front desk ladies, hygienist and Dr were absolutely amazing. It was my first visit and it was great experience. My husband goes here too and he recommended to join. The consultation was very thorough and my future treatments plan, including the pricing was very clear. I love their text messages, reminders and check in process which was very easy. The only thing was very confusing-parking, I would suggest to add that into those text messages. I found parking on the street and meter expired as my visit lasted longer than 2hrs (luckily didn't get a ticket) and only later found out there is underground parking and the office validates parking. Other than that definitely great experience and absolutely recommend to anyone who needs quick cleaning or more serious treatment.

Highly recommended. I had an acute pain because of a decay in my wisdom tooth, it was so bad and unbearable. They gave me an appointment on the same day, I got painkillers and antibiotic and then I went back two days later for the extraction. So quick and efficient. Also my insurance didn't want to cover dental work but it was affordable enough to be paid out of pocket. The place looks great and everybody there is super nice. Definitely go there if you need a dentist in Hillcrest

Avoid! This is the only dentist in the area with plenty of availability and now I know why! The dentist told me I need a $2,000 crown. I went to another dentist and was told that a crown is too aggressive and would remove a lot of healthy tooth unnecessarily and that a simple filing will suffice for a years. This practice only cares about squeezing patients for money.

Dr Brain, I want to alert you that your office is committing to insurance fraud in the following situations, and your staff have refused to talk to me: 1. For an exam on 9/9, your office charged the *exact* same amount to both the insurance company and the patient. This is clearly double dipping and insurance fraud. I pointed it out to your staff through emails and phone calls, and received no reply 2. For a scaling service on 9/15, quoted price is $155 but patient was charged $225, and the $70 difference was because your office did not bill this service through insurance at all, despite that I am under two insurance coverages Your billing department is repeatedly and consciously committing to insurance fraud. And you are turning a blind eye despite several flags from patients. I have emailed and called several times, and have been turned away by being told that "someone will contact you tomorrow". Please investigate the root cause. Feel free to contact me so I can show you (1) the amount I paid for service #1, in the same amount as the insurance paid your office, while EOB explaining that patient's responsibility is $0, and (2) the quoted price for service #2, along with the actual amount I paid with itemized receipt, and confirmation from the insurance company that your office never billed the insurance in the first place.

I left this practice because they insisted I immediatly need an extremely expensive procedure which another dentist told me is not necessary. I've asked the office for my dental records 3 times over the last 2 months and they REFUSE to send them. Don't come here unless you want an unresponsive office and to spend thousands ruining your teeth.

The first time I've ever had an all-female dental experience! The desk person, the hygienist, the dentist, and the other hygienist. So awesome! And first time I've ever had a filling and they were communicative and it didn't hurt at all. Great experience

Always a wonderful experience here. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I don't usually look forward to my dentist appointments but my teeth look so amazing after I leave I wish I had before and after photos to share. They really care and it shows!

I've had several crowns done by Dr. Byron. His work is excellent. Actually for me I judge a businessman by his front office staff. They set the tone before you ever sit in the doctor's chair. Dr. Byron knows that and has assembled the dentist's dream team. All his people are fabulous., and in a pinch go the extra mile. Two of my visits were emergencies. For me the comfort level set by the ladies is key to an overall pleasant experience. These gal will have you relaxed and smiling before you ever lay down in the chair. Great job ladies!

I recently visited Bella Vita Dental and met with Dr. Aldo to conduct a smile assessment. I had been very self conscious for some time about my smile but didn't know what my options were. Dr. Aldo took the time to ask me about what bothered me most and gave me her recommendations. After spending many days and hours with her, perfecting the look I wanted, I ended up with the beautiful smile I had been looking for. Thank you, Dr. Aldo!

My entire experience at Bella Vita was incredible. I scheduled a same day appointment on a Saturday for two chipped teeth and they welcomed me in quickly and efficiently. The reception staff were so kind and thorough (I think their names were Danielle and Dave?). They walked me through all of my options and made me feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Woo and her assistant Maria were amazing. They were direct and clear and gave me the confidence to feel comfortable in their office. Dr. Woo talked me through the entire process and was so knowledgeable with the procedure and tips to answer all of my questions. They were enjoying their work and doing it well. They stayed past closing to attend to me and I felt like I was the only patient that mattered during my appointment. Even Dr. Brian came by to check in on me and support Dr. Woo's work, which shows how cohesive and collaborative of an office they run. It felt like a good team and I felt like I was worth their time. I am going back and I look forward to going back with a big smile on my face!

I called with an emergency and they saw me 90 minutes later - even though I wasn't a current patient. And then I was able to make an appointment for cleaning just a week later. So simple and so professional. They have a new permanent client!

First time at Bella Vita Dental with Dr. Brian, and it was definitely a 5-star experience. It was the most thorough checkup I have ever had, and a plan was put in place to address my needs. If you are in need of a new dentist you should definitely check them out!

I went in for a cleaning but found I unfortunately had a sizable crack in one of my teeth that would best to be crowned or would likely have worse issues later. I shared that I was moving in a week and Dr. Sergio Juca and team said they would stay late that day and take care of it immediately. I'm thankful for their commitment and genuine human kindness.
