Don't even deserve a 1 start. Dentist is not caring and left my mom in excruciating pain prescribed her ibuprofen and sent her to see a specialist.

I was referred to this office because they were supposed to be better at handling over the phone payments. I am a case manager For an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When I scheduled his second appointment, I asked would they need another signed authorization form and I was told no. She informed me that she would ask a superior to be sure and give me a call back if the authorization form was needed. Two weeks later, my client and his mother arrive at the appointment. The office refused to see them because they needed another authorization. Instead of the office reaching out to me, they allowed the client and his mother to remain in the office until the guardian reached out to me. I called the office and asked them why I had not received the phone call regarding the authorization. Liz informed me that an email was sent the day before the appointment. I advised her that I did not care about the email two weeks later. I was promised a phone call and the lack of accountability was unacceptable. After hanging up the phone with me, Liz confronted mom calling her a "helicopter mom". In retaliation, they left my disabled client in the lobby for two hours before calling him back. Due to the long wait and verbal exchange between mom and Liz, the clients blood pressure spiked. He was unable to be seen that day and all of a sudden the dentists office would not be able to see him until September.

I brought my daughter here with tooth pain caused by another dental office visit in Mt.Pleasant. They were quick to take X-rays and were able to diagnose what the problem was quickly! He done a wonderful job fixing the issue that the other local dentist office didn't. All staff was friendly and professional.

Worst experience ever with a dentist. Did not seem to know anything about my teeth. Prescribed medications and there was nothing wrong. It appeared to me they were just looking to give a false diagnosis and collect a lot of money from me. They did a set of dentures for my wife and they were horrible fittings. Just would never go to this place again unless you just want to throw your money away. Very unprofessional, providing no feedback and completely off base on their diagnosis. Steer clear.

Scam, I have insurance and all this time I have been cleaning my teeth. Now they are coming back and telling me I owe such amount that accumulated over time. Now it seems to me that I have to pay again for what I had paid for before. All the staff has changed ever since. Not a good experience and will be getting attorney advice.

I dropped my daughter off for her dental appointment and when she came to the car she says how she hates the dentist Dr.Khorasani. I use to love this place but it seems to be going down hill very rude and unprofessional Dr's. Will not be coming back !

Horrible customer service. Walked in as a new patient, gave my paperwork & insurance card, and sit down. Waited over an hour & was never acknowledged again. Finally left & no one ever contacted me or anything.

My daughter scheduled a new patient visit for a cleaning and potential cavity, and arrived 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork. Her appt was at 1pm, and at 1:45 she still hadn't been called or taken back for her appt. She checked with the front desk and was told they were running behind, and weren't sure when they would get to her. She waited 45 minutes and nobody said a word to her! Not a very good 1st impression. Needless to say, she left the clinic without being seen.

My son had his appointment today and was full of anxiety but when he went in the staff made him feel very comfortable and anxiety went away!! I love how attentive they are with each patient!

I've been waiting to do this review as I wanted to be sure to be accurate and not just having had one or two experiences. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 15 years until a few weeks ago when I first went to Bella Smiles. I was absolutely terrified for any and everything they'd have to do. I was extremely hesitant, and feared I would regret my choice. However, I was very pleasantly proven wrong. The whole team works very hard to be sure you are comfortable, certain of any extraction or procedure. They've truly changed my entire outlook on dentistry. They're all very kind and gentle, and they truly understand dental anxiety and in my case phobia. I think they're as compassionate as it gets. I would refer anyone I know to them, and will be sticking with them indefinitely.

I waited over an hour and a half without any apologies. When my daughter (5y.o.) finally saw the dentist, he spoke to his assistant and never gave me an update as to what he found. Rude customer service on the phone as well. There are so many other dentists out there. Don't bother with this place.
