I've never had an issue with my teeth and always been told I have really good teeth. I went to a dentist in Washington while I pregnant and had no issues just needed a cleaning. That dentist ended up dropping my insurance plan so I came to this one and all of a sudden had a mouth full of cavities that needed to be filled. I was a bit confused. The first one they filled was never sealed so it was extremely sensitive and the second one broke the very same day. I switched dentist again and low and behold all those cavities they claimed I still needed fixed were magically gone. I was back to only needing a cleaning. Now the two teeth they filled are constantly giving me issues and bothering me. They are the only teeth I have issues with at all. I'll never go back to this dentist nor would I ever recommend someone going to this dentist.

I like Dr Bella for sure- however, what you are reading about the front desk is unfortunately true- not nice, lack compassion- cost me money for "short cancellation" when it was their fault- ha! Hopefully changes will happen in waynesburg office- Bella deserves better. Sorry front desk- I gave you 3 chances to make it right..

Don't go to this dentist they have no compassion for you! My husband was in serious pain and they couldn't see him till the next day. He found another dentist to pull it that evening, next morning he called and canceled his appointment with dr. Bella, because it wasn't 24 hrs they charged him 25.00. They would not forgive the 25.00 dollars, at some point rules should be over looked. He's a 62 year old man, and he always has cancelled his appt. Anyone with a bad toothache would of done the same thing. Never go there again.

Most of the staff are kind. Front desk people could take a class! Doctors and assistants have always been very kind to me. However, I have a job that has crazy scheduling all the time and I have to stay over all the time which doesn't make for good planning. Bella family Dentistry has a policy if you don't cancel at least 24 hours you get charged $25. I understand they have to do this because of people not keeping their appointments but I have explained to them sometimes it cannot be helped on my part. The last draw for me was this morning. I had an appointment at 8am on Monday. I got sick on Saturday so I left them a message because they weren't opened over the weekend. Apparently they didn't get a message and still charged me! I am so sick of them charging me but this is it for me!!! I AM DONE!!! No compassion, no grace!

They refuse to see my 2 year old son who has his first cavity because he has CHIP insurance. They arent accepting new patients who have state insurance. Even though I have state as well and they wanted to let me come in for a root canal 2 weeks ago and I would have been considered a new patient. Pure ignorance.

Not upfront about pricing. Hygienist was informative and helpful with tips on brushing and flossing, but not the most gentle. And during my daughter's appointment the dentist and hygienist just chatted over her about other people and things like we weren't there. That aside, I was surprised by another bill after I had paid upfront and they billed my insurance. Not my best experience.

I hate this place. For many reasons. 1.) The receptionists are never nice to people. 2.) We had insurance issues so we never saw them again. 3.) This is a very toxic incitement so I never felt welcome.

My whole life has been full of absolutely horrible dentistry experiences. From childhood to adulthood, most every dentist has been a villain in my own personal dental horror story. That changed today. This is, by far, the BEST dental experience I've had in my 43 years of life. The staff was kind, patient and listened to my fears. They were sympathetic to my past stories of terrible experiences and did everything to make sure this visit was different. I only wish I had found them sooner. Thank you for giving me my smile back!!!
