It was founded in 2012 by Dr. Yarimar Ruiz and her husband Rubn Delgado. Mr. Delgado is a businessman and community leader. He has been managing venues within the communication and hospitality industry for over 12 years.
On the other hand, Dr. Ruiz, after years of serving as medical director in one of the fastest growing dental clinics in Puerto Rico, decided to continue her successful career in the United States in 2012, beginning with her project to build the most complete and up-to-date dental clinic in South Florida.
A few months after moving in, Mr. Delgado put into motion one of his wifes greatest dreams: to establish a multiple providers dental practice dedicated to dental health, care and hygiene. As community advocates in the Pembroke Pines area, the Delgado-Ruiz family decided to establish their dental clinic in Pembroke Pines.
With a lot of perseverance and discipline, they managed to reach their goal of becoming a provider of multiple dental services, serving various areas of family dentistry, constantly growing and expanding their project.
The Delgado-Ruiz family as community leaders and devoted pastors in their local church, take pride in the impact of their service and their passion to serve and help others. Along with her daughter Yariliz, many organizations and events are beneficiaries of the generosity of the Delgado-Ruiz family. Almost everyone refers to them as a beautiful family.
About why using the name Bella, Mr. Delgado says, Its a universal word, and knowing the incredible multicultural influence in South Florida, I thought it was the best name for the practice, and it also brings together the inner and the external: The beauty of my wifes heart; we are both passionate individuals

Ive been a patient of Bella Family Dental for close to 10 years now. I've gotten everything under the sun done there: cleanings, braces, filings, you name it. Through it all, the Dentists and staff have always been very kind, informative, and above all - transparent. Unfortunately, that was not the case on my recent visit. I went in for my bi-annual cleaning and had to get other work done on my teeth. Before agreeing to the services, I asked the manager for the full price of my visit should I get all of the services done. She told me a price I was willing and able to pay, and so I agreed to get the work done on my teeth. Upon finishing my visit - I went to pay. The manager tried slapping on TWO extra costs that she hadn't mentioned in the "full price" she gave me prior to getting everything done. Not only did she add a cost for a service that she failed to include in the first quote she gave me - but she also wanted to charge me for a cleaning that I got done TWO years ago. My insurance denied payment because Bella Family Dental failed to confirm my home address on my visit and they were submitting the claim with an incorrect home address. Instead of calling me to confirm my address and resubmit the claim to my insurance, they decided to let it sit for two years and tell me that I am now responsible for the costs. And she tried placing the blame on me for this error. All in all, she was charging me almost $100 more than the quote she had given me before. And what's worse, is that she didn't even offer an apology or anything - even after I stated that I was not happy with the situation. I'm extremely disappointed with the managerial services at Bella. It's sad to say that after coming here for so many years I have to consider whether or not I want to go back.

The dentist (Dr. Gonzalez) was very good and caring. It is a shame that the office staff, billing staff and their shady practices ruined the experience. They will collect a large amount of "estimated" expenses up front in order to book your treatments. Then, when your insurance reponds that you only owe pennies on the dollar in comparison to their "estimate" they will hold your money hostage and refuse to release it. Beware of any doctor who makes you pay large amounts of money up front. It is a shame they lost clients over a few hundred bucks.

Fantastic experience. From the second you walk in the door you immediately get the impression of cleanliness. All their equipment seems new, the assistants were great, the hygienist was very gentle and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend.
