Overall I'd give it 5 stars except that only time that one of the dentists that did extractions didn't check if my anesthesia was working. He rushed through the process and only got 1 wisdom tooth out because the pain was unbearable. Made fun of me while being on the chair and it was just a really bad experience that gave me anxiety ever since then. But I heard he was fired which gave me relief because I was finally able to get my other 3 removed with a better dentist! I've been coming here since I was 14 and now I'm 20 and will be bringing my son in for his first 6 month check up!

I love coming here, I have always came here for my children. They are always so kind and helpful! I've never had a bad experience here and they always make sure to take care of my kids and make sure they do the best they can! Above and beyond! I'd definitely recommend for my friends and other parents!

t's not professional and the staff laughing and play on the phone in front the customer, I went there last week and then I lose two hours and no one give me anything or direction what I want to do and then after that the manager is calling me and she's apologize and give me next appointment on Sunday at 8 o'clock and then she's called me next day to change my appointment to 9 o'clock and then when I'm get there it's surprise me it's take me two hours . it's unprofessional and even the doctor he's not show up to talk with my daughter or with me and then it's make me feel it's not professional it's not safe with stuff laughing and playing on the phone and it's not care about the customer time . It's horrible customer service and if you go there, you can lose your time.I have all the videos I want to reported to channel 13

My sons been coming here since he was in kindergarten and they have always been so great my sons in 7th grade and we will probably be coming here until he's old and gray ,... the resorption and the Asian lady doctor are the best ever ,.... Thank you

I took my Daughters in and we got a quote on the work they needed. They explained to us about the Aplheon Credit and it would be 0% for X amount of months. We later left and decided not to do the work anytime soon. I come to find out that they charged the entire Quoted work on the Alpheon credit which is about $3400. My insurance sent me my statements and explained for only the day that we were there that we would only need to pay them $352. I have tried calling and spoke to many of the so Called office managers and I have proof that I sent many emails with no response. The way they get out of talking to me is they say "Oh the person you spoke with before is no longer here and I don't have any knowledge of this, let me take a look and I will get ba k to you" they never get back and they do not return any money that is truly yours. Be very careful with this office and the 100 office managers that work there. They did not have authorization to charge the full quote, only charge as we do the work. I am now fighting with the bank and them as I am paying for Braces and various service that were never done!!! This is fraudulent, my next step is going to the BBB and taking the legal route. Do not use this office, get a second opinion on alot of things they tell you. This is a fraudulent bussiness!!!!
