Today was the first visit in a long time. I was nervous but I must say the wait time was not overextended and the process was pretty straightforward. The staff was very pleasent and welcoming also very informative on my options as well providing answeres to all the questions I had. I do plan to come back and begin my new dental health journey.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customers time. I came in at 10:30 and left at 2:00. I had to constantly go to the front desk and try to find someone to complete my services. The front desk acted as if they were confused with every question I gave them. They literally just had me waiting for long periods of time without updating me on the X-rays or what my choices were. This is the worst experience I've ever had from a dentist and their facility workers. I ended up leaving because they weren't attentive. I asked for a refund because I ended up only getting a cleaning done. Then they told me that I will have to come back on Monday because the manager is the only one who can process the refund. I went to the office on Monday morning around 9:30 and to my surprise the manager wasn't there. I then asked the front desk when will she come in. Unsurprisingly, she told me I don't know when she'll come in. She advised me to give them a call later. I let her know that makes no sense, they need to contact me when she arrives because how would I know when she's there. If I don't receive my refund today, I will take further actions.

I've been taking my baby since he was 6 months , never had a complaint & never missed an appointment because They always call to make sure you're going to make it or find a day and time more convenient for you .

I am always nervous to go the dentist due to the previous experience at another dental offices but wow! Bella dental VM was absolutely amazing. Everybody so nice and make you Comfortable and welcome. From front desk all the way to the back everybody very friendly and nice. Thank you Daniela, Lea & Jennifer

Stay away from this location. Ever since the manager Jackie left all went downhill. So unorganized have you waiting for over 3 hours to see a Dentist and then when you are finally see they don't even know why you are being seen but quick to say let's talk about pricing. If you are looking to spend half your day in a waiting area and be asked why you are there or to pay additional cost then this is your place. Staff is always talking walking around and doesn't know what the right is doing from the left.
