Dr. Martinez is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of Operative Dentistry.
Away from the office, Dr. Martinez volunteers at Give Kids A Smile, a program that provides comprehensive dental care to underprivileged children. He also loves to spend quality time with his wife and family. To stay fit, he spends a lot of time biking and running while competing in marathons and triathlons.

Horrible service! They are just interested in your money, not your health. Couldn't get any info nor prices. I was told twice that someone will call me before the appointment but nobody did. You can't get through to anyone but answering service.

Been coming to this office for almost 30 years. Was initially nervous when the original Dr retired. Dr. Martinez is great and has a 5 star support staff too. Highly recommend Marshal.

It took so long to find a dentist office that makes you feel welcomed & heard! So excited to continue my dental visits with them moving forward. Kim was such a delight! For someone with severe anxiety she was just the person I needed first thing in the morning to get through my appointment. Huge kudos to all & thank you!!!

Want a honest dentist and staff with your best interest at heart....look no further. I have been to numerous dentist in the area area and they are by far the most accommodating, helpful and friendly. Give them a shot! You won't be disappointed!

Normally all is excellent in this dental office, today it was not. My wife stated she didn't want X-ray because she recently had proton therapy for a meningioma near her ear. Her doctor told her to not have routine X-rays unless absolutely necessary. The tech would not listen to her and kept badgering. She asked to talk to the doctor; the tech refused and said the doctor was busy. The tech said she should bring a note from her doctor; she had done so on the previous appointment (a statement as to the large amount of radiation she received during therapy on her brain). According to the American Dental Association routine X-rays are not necessary in many cases. The tech tried to explain that radiation effects simply go away after a while--not so; the effect is cumulative! Well, my wife got off the chair and left; she was not about to be bullied into unnecessary radiation.

Dr. Raphael Martinez saw me this morning for a molar that was fractured. After X-rays he assessed the problem and gave me several options. I decided to have it extracted and he and the hygenist Carlie, removed the tooth expertly, quickly and most importantly painlessly! I am so pleased and comforted that I have found such an efficient and kind dentist. Highly recommended!
