Good work but impossible to talk to someone on the phone, everything goes through text messages! For example. I texted to make appointment, said i can come in any day at 130pm. They text back we have mon at 11am. Took me 2hrs that day to make appointment!!! Unbelievable!!! It's a shame, cause staff is very nice.

Arrived on time for my appointment. It's now over an hour later and I'm still sitting here waiting. No updates. When I try to inquire how much longer I can expect to wait, I'm treated like a nuisance. My 3rd time here, similar experience each time. Never again...

I was frightened when asked to come in for a deep cleaning. The hygienist has warm aurora about her, she also assured me that it will go well. Thanks for that assurance. It means a lot when sitting in a dentist chair. I was quite tense, wouldn't anyone be if one is expecting a long syringe. But the visit went well. Quite fearful in the beginning, but came out better than expected. I've Got my check up, X-ray and upper set deep cleaning in 30-40minutes. No waiting and an overall fruitful day.

Maria is the best hygienist at bell dental. I will not see anyone else. Maria is good at what she does, and she does a better job than anyone else there. I always come out of that office happy every time I see her. Maria, you rock!!!

If you can make it past the retarded receptionists that spew false information to waste your time, then good luck with the actual reason you came. It's a hit or miss and the prices are way higher than moat other offices. They've earned their 2.7 rating for a reason. Look elsewhere.

This was the first time in my life, I did the cleaning. I was very scared because I have bad gag reflex but the doctor was amazing. She really helped me to cope with my gag. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend everyone to consider this place as their first choice.

This place is the worst, I got a root canal done on my number nine tooth the dentist that did it put something in my tooth and went way too far up with it and it made it affected this happen in 2020 of June I've been calling I've been going there telling them that it hurt weeks after it was done they did x-rays they did not re-fix it But they sent me to one of the peoples in Port Washington so I can get it re-paired once I went to them they told me that they don't take my insurance anymore that is Port Washington Dentist, and I'm still going through the pain two years later and I still not trying to re-fix the problem so my next best thing to do is to sue them because I should not be still going to pain I'm telling them they sending me to people I'm going to different dentist they telling me that they did a horrible job and I'm here with my tooth still hurting still Infected just yesterday I got a CAT scan of my tooth #9 and the Dentist showed me Where the infection is where the bones is dictating around the affection area that's going up into my nose because of this place so I have no other choice but to sue them for they're malpractice, and on top of everything my number 4 Tooth I supposed to get a crown that my insurance pay for but I'm still waiting because the temporary to keep falling out and I have to keep on fowling my tooth down SMH This is the worst dentis on the planet Be aware

Extremely disappointing. What happened to all the sweet girls that used to be at the front? They got rid of the best ones there. Nataly and jamila were the best. Customer service seriously going down nasty people answering phones when they even do pick up. When you ask manager to call you she doesn't call back. Too busy for their patients to make one call? It's a chaotic place. Never coming back here!!!!

Got a cavity filled they didint do it right somehow and left a hole in my tooth unfilled and when they add the Anastasia they immediately start drilling without waiting for the effects to kick it so it was painful as hell, most of the staff also fool around a ton besides the actual dentists receptionists are good and efficient. would not reccomend coming here though.

Make an appt. Have you wait 45 minutes to be seen. Got approved for crown and NO FOLLOW THROUGH..if I didn't call them it would have never gotten done. I regret coming here and plan to never return after my root canal is done.

If I could give 0 starts I would...Worst dental office you can imagine place is old, dirty and falling apart inside ... they have fresh out of school inexperienced dentists working on patients... they can't even fill a cavity right... all they want to do is take as much money from your insurance as possible.... It's a disgrace!! Dr. Kokolis should be ashamed of himself DONT GO HERE!!!

I had my annual check up and cleaning . Maria was wonderful and gentle. Aline did my X-ray Was very friendly and professional I would recommend this place to anyone family and friends.

Dr. Choi is AMAZING and the hygienist are sweet as well. The front office staff though has declined in the past years. It's nearly impossible to get them on the phone. I've left voice messages and used their "contact us" section on their website and submitted appointment requests, but nobody responds. I recently had a root canal with a different endodontist, they sent the x-ray results to bell dental and that's when someone from bell dental texted me to make an appointment. Following up from that, they ended up cancelling my appointment 3 days prior because the authorization had only been submitted the day before and they were not going to get an answer for the coverage by my appointment. They've also had a real disconnect in customer service with their patients. The front area is an open space and when you walk in, NOBODY greets you if the check-in person is on the phone. Phones are ringing in the background and the staff is too engulfed in speaking to each other, staring at their cell phones or at the computer screen to answer. I worked at a pediatric office in the area, used to refer all the patients to the practice and was having a hard time believing the bad experiences but now it's become clear to me.

Don't go here the dentist with the long hair is rude and is full of atitude I've been waiting 5 months to get a referral for a wisdom tooth removal and they don't answer calls at all front desk is also rude!!!!!

If you respect your teeth don't even walk in this place. Can't do anything right. Edit: Almost a year later and the crown they capped my tooth with is completely crooked and moved in a different angle. It's my front tooth btw
