I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had an okay experience. But then I called with severe pain and they told me they wouldn't see me until a bill from 8 years ago was settled. I settled it in court and the still refused to see me. Do not go here.

This dentistry has gone way down! I got an exam with the new doctor in April and I've been in severe pain ever since! She told me that she was going to perform a filling and I let her do so. She never explained the other options, was extremely rough, and I had to go back TWICE afterwards for her making mistakes! After both visits I was in more pain and needed extensive work done. I called the office and asked to be reimbursed because they just caused me alot of pain and time and made my tooth worse! I told them I have to go to a specialist now to fix their mistakes. The really rude receptionist refused to give me a refund and had the guts to say that I had a $35 dollar bill coming in the mail. PLEASE go somewhere else for dentistry and save yourself the pain!!

The staff in this office is amazing. I get very anxious going to the Dentist and everyone here makes me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone especially if you get nervous at the Dentist!!!!

Dentistry at its best. Dr. Bell has definitely improved my smile. He always fits you in if there is an emergency and takes the time to explain everything he is doing along the way. Very professional and pleasant staff that takes care of insurance matters with smiles on their faces. I do not live in the area any longer but continue to travel further to this office to get excellent dental care.

After many years of being TERRIFIED of going to the dentist due to other dental procedures and appointments going horribly at other places, I finally found somewhere I'm not scared to go. It took a lot of appointments to get the mess inwas avoiding for many year back under control but I appreciate their conservative way of doing things. Like what is needed and preventative and what is not and they find a good balance. Would and have recommended to EVERYONE. My kids and myself all go here

It took a lot of appointments to get the mess inwas avoiding for many year back under control but I appreciate their conservative way of doing things. Like what is needed and preventative and what is not and they find a good balance. Would and have recommended to EVERYONE. My kids and myself all go here

Had several problems with this office since it has changed ownership. Was told I needed an X-ray told them I didn't want one made me take one anyway. Went in for a filling explained to the dentist and dental assistant they were hurting me assistant said if it gets wet they would have to start over jaw sore for over two weeks. When I asked to have my dental records forwarded to my new dentist said I would have to have an appointment and sign for them. Hippa requires that you have access to your dental records.They will cold call you for an appointment. Kept calling me during Covid 19 to make an appointment . I cannot make a recommendation for this dental office too much of a sell sell attitude similar to the chain offices like Aspen dental.

I've been a patient at this office for almost 14 years, and have always had a good experience. Everyone has been courteous, friendly and professional. The work on my teeth has also been very high quality.

Ok. I understand dentists go to school for a long time and have student debt - yadda yadda. However, AND LISTEN CLOSELY - what this place does is borderline unethical. Recommending the most expensive procedure over a more conservative approach is wrong. A patient needs to be made aware of all possible solutions to a dental issue NOT just the most profitable one. And the office staff? How DARE you attempt to administer advice. I reported the hygienist for making a diagnosis she was NOT qualified to make. Do you think people are stupid? Don't you think people know a hygienist is a couple of years of training and NOT dental school? How DARE you attempt to guilt and shame me because I don't agree with your $32,000 dental care plan made especially for me. Implants are NOT always the answer and there is research that shows that half fail. Funny how you don't bring that up during a consultation. Glad I ran out of that place and found a highly ethical dentist.

I was advised I would need procedures that were absolutely necessary and my insurance declined the procedures based on xrays and other data sent by this office. Further, unless I agreed to the treatment the office refused to fill cavities that were only getting worse with the delay. It felt as if the office didn't care that I had to pay over $500 out of pocket. I got a second opinion and was told the advised procedure really wasn't necessary. Also, the office staff was rude and condescending which was one of the determining factors in me going elsewhere for dental work.

Dr. Bell shared a graphic photo of himself naked and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Proceed with caution entering a doctor-patient relationship with him.
