First time at this dentistry. From the second I walked in the door it was nothing but kindness. The staff and Dr. Keck are professional, kind, compassionate. This was the best experience I've had at the dentist like ever and it was only my initial exam. First impressions are everything and I felt so comfortable here. I do not like going to the dentist anymore since I had some bad experiences so it's been a while. They made me feel at ease. Dr. Keck was nice and gentle which was much appreciated. They are very thorough and genuinely care about your overall health.

The staff here are awesome, friendly and welcoming. I used to dread dental appointments but, they do not make me dread my appointment now. The dentist is so friendly and I feel confident with her.

Very pleased with the service and and very family oriented atmosphere also very in depth with there explanation of the particular situation you are there for.they are now my go to dentist the staff is absolutely outstanding thank you miss Rebecca,miss Judy and the dentist her self can't remember her name they are all excellent.had my second appointment today and I'm still very pleased and miss Judy didn't torture me during my scaling .thank you again miss Judy,miss Rebecca,miss Carly and Dr keck you guys are awesome. I was very pleased with the hygienist's, however, their motivation to make money forced me to discontinue my the service. I was overcharged, even with Dental Plus insurance, excessive fees. In addition, my appointment was canceled without notification. Ironically, the receptionist remembered me and claimed I was sent a text message, but when I reviewed my messages there was no text regarding rescheduling.

Dr. Keck and Judy have improved my oral health tremendously! Me and my mom love Bela in Wagener SC! The environment is safe and loving and they treat us like family!

Our family absolutely LOVES Bela of Wagener. We've experienced regular cleanings, bleaching, fillings, extraction, and a late night emergency call to repair a broken front tooth. Having four boys has sent us as work in patients so many times. They've always been very welcoming and the ladies are so calm. My youngest started seeing them at three years old and gets excited to see them. They have also coordinated our visits to see all 5 of us at the same time and maintain cleanliness and good sanitary practices. These are not easy tasks and this Momma truly appreciate all of their efforts.

My visit was not helpful to say the least. I wanted an extremely painful tooth extracted, but instead I was referred to an oral surgeon because it's a broken tooth. $220 later, I'm still in the exact same situation I was in but only now I don't have any money left to pay someone who can actually extract the tooth!!

Maybe my experiences are too specific to me, but this is a first for me in several items: 1. Dark sunglasses to lower the glare when you lay down on the chair, that was a nice touch. 2. My x-rays were reviewed with me and explained as to what I was seeing, and why they mattered. 3. The reason why my gums where checked was explained, and the numbers related to that were included with a conversation about the x-rays. So, I actually learned more about my oral health and why these various things are done at the dentist and how that relates to me at home quite literally for the first time in my life. Of course, could just be me...but yeah, assuming you don't want to go all the way to Aiken or Lexington it's exactly what you'd want a dentist office. And perhaps that says something about the company that even such a relatively rural office has the staff, support, and facilities that are up-to-date.

This is high praise coming from one of THE BIGGEST cowards of Dentists. The girls in the office were great, very friendly and cheerful. Taylor is awesome, God love her, she even held my hand during the extraction knowing how apprehensive I was. But I felt no pain with Dr. Keck. I have never had an experience of no pain going to a dentist before her. She is awesome!! There wasn't even pain or swelling after the procedure or a day later. I dont even feel like I had a tooth pulled. I highly reccomend her and her great staff!!

This office really cares about their patients. Thanks to them I have had the most relaxing, comfortable experience at the dentist that I've ever had!
