I recently received Botox for the first time at Bela. I was very nervous but the staff and Dr. Myers helped me tremendously with my anxiety. The staff and Doctor are so kind, knowledgeable and were able to explain the process to me. They treat you just like family. It has now been 2 weeks since my visit and I am beyond happy with the results.

Bela Family Density is by far the most courteous and compassionate dental practice I have been to in quite some time. They only want what's best for their patients, the use of the latest dental technology and dental training are proof of that commitment. We are truly bless to have them in Newberry. Every visit is a pleasure.

Very warm , friendly and welcoming. The staff was amazing. I came in for a tooth extraction and they walked me through the entire process. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend anyone to them.

Was the best dental service I've ever received! They worked me in for an emergency extraction without hesitation and everyone had the most pleasant attitudes! Would highly recommend to anyone needing dental care!

This is just a warning. I generally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled at this time to relay our experiences. We had recently moved to the area, having received regular every-6-month dental exams our entire lives. I searched diligently for a local dentist, made an appointment for my spouse and I. The office support staff we found great, friendly, competent. We were examined by a dental hygienist and then the dentist. Shockingly, surprisingly, we each told that we needed several thousand dollars worth of dental work....replacement of fillings, crowns, invasive gum procedures. Long story short, we decided to get 2 other opinions, without telling the consulting dentists what our aim was in seeing them. Amazingly, we were not told that we needed any of these procedures by either of those dentists, even when we prompted them by asking about said procedures. We have returned to one of the second-opinion dentists, and have made this our dental home. We felt rushed, pressured at Bela to engage in procedures that were not needed 6 months prior, but suddenly were. It didn't sit well with either of us. I realize that there are different dental philosophies, but this seemed beyond the pale.

All employees were so very nice and helpful. The Dr. was sweet as well and he helped me to understand the best process I should keep in order for a healthier overall well-being. I enjoyed my experience and felt comfortable being there.

Went for my Hygiene appt and found out Bela offers Botox now! My Botox appt was fast and easy, Dr. Myers explained everything so thoroughly, and my results are incredible! I love the convenience of getting so many services done in one visit as well as them helping me stay on track for short term and long term health and results! From dental work, to Hygiene, to facial aesthetics and whitening - they do it all! Thank you Bela of Newberry! Y'all are the BEST!

I went to this dentist office needing a tooth pulled. I told them that I didn't think my insurance had went into effect yet, so I was gonna be self pay. Laying in the chair during the exam, I was told I needed fancy x-rays and my total was going to be $585 for everything. Also, they asked to go ahead and receive payment before the procedure was done. I felt a little disrespected by this but handed her a credit card. The Dr was unable to get my tooth numb enough to pull it so he blamed it on infection and gave me a prescription for antibiotics and told me to come back in a week. A week later, I left work early for the second time for another failed attempt to pull my tooth. After all this! They would only refund me for the extraction they couldn't do and not the visit or x-rays. Also, it will be 4 or 5 weeks till a refund check will be mailed to me. I'm going back to my normal dentist (was on vacation) to get my tooth pulled. This place won't scam me again. I can't believe this business operates like this.
