Bel Villaggio is a family-friendly dental office, focused on the importance of preventive care. When you come to our office, you are sure to see and feel the difference that holistic dentistry can make. Since 2000, our dental office has been mercury-, amalgam- and fluoride-free. We will never use any materials, procedures or tools that will compromise your overall health.
Dr. Ruby Ann Dollins earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1984 before attending dental school at Lyceum University in the Philippines, from which she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1992. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Nutritional and Systemic Dentistry and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). She has practiced as a dentist since 1992, and has been part of the Temecula community since 1999. In 2002, she opened Bel Villaggio Dental and quickly gained a positive reputation among both patients and dental specialists in the Riverside, San Diego and Orange Counties.
Dr. Dollins continues her education regularly to ensure that she stays at the forefront of the dental field, and has received advanced training in neuromuscular full-mouth reconstruction and advanced comprehensive cosmetic dentistry. She has also achieved a Fellowship in nutrition. Some of the biological dental services Dr. Dollins offers include safe mercury removal, headaches and pain management treatments, TMJ therapy, biocompatibility testing, neuromuscular full-mouth rehabilitation, systemic health evaluations, laser therapy, ozone therapy and nutritional evaluations.
As a dentist, her goal is to provide the most accurate diagnosis possible so that she can direct her patients to proper healing modalities. She is very dedicated and passionate in learning new skills and treatments so that she can give her patients the best possible care and be able to guide them to the proper channels of healing for optimal oral and overall health.
Dr. Dollins is married with five wonderful children, two daughters and three sons. She enjoys many hobbies in her spare time, including reading (check out her recommended reading list below!), hiking, traveling, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, painting, drawing, photography, design, dancing, going to concerts and checking out new dives.
Nancy Registered Dental Hygienist Nancy is a musician and an artist, so she earned her Bachelor of Arts in classical music performance. We are truly privileged to have Nancy as a part of our team. She is happy to have the skills and opportunity to help patients progress towards inflammation-free health. Our dental team is like a second family to Nancy. We all work cohesively and support each other.
Nancys husband, Jim, is a mechanical engineer and a fantastic chef! They have two sons. In her spare time, Nancy can be found performing with her show choir, hiking local trails with her dogs or in her art studio creating something beautiful.
Kyle Dental Assistant/Marketing Director Kyle has been a part of our dental team for over five years. He does everything he can to make our patients and team members lives easier. Kyle enjoys delivering great results and helping patients who have experienced dental trauma in the past.
Kyle has a large family who he loves spending time with. He helped at-risk youth for seven years through a non-profit organization. He enjoys video and musical production in his free time. Kyle also loves the arts and watching too much Netflix and anime.
Maricris Registered Dental Assistant/Account Specialist Maricris, a registered dental assistant in the state of California, has been a valued member of our dental team for over 10 years. She comes to work with the determination to put her best foot forward, do everything right and ethically the first time, and improve peoples oral health and make them feel good about themselves. Maricris also shares her expertise, energy, motivation and knowledge with our team so that they too can make a positive impact on other people. Maricris loves providing necessities for her family through a promising profession. She also loves helping the people that come to us. Maricris has taken part in giving patients a reason to smile again, helping them feel good about themselves and improving their oral health.
Maricris husband is a Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he has served for over 15 years. They have two young children. In her free time, Maricris enjoys watching TV series and movies, as well as travelling, camping and hiking.

I drive almost 2 hours and it's worth every minute on the road. I've never felt so at ease while getting dental work done. They really are accommodating and understanding to those with dental anxiety/fears. They are gentle and I love that everything is non toxic and safe for my body.

Dr Dollins is an amazing biological dentist. We are so blessed to have found her and her office. What an awesome life changing experience. I'm a stage 3 breast cancer survivor. I've wanted to have a holistic healing Dentist for years. Dr. Dollins and her staff are amazing. Kind caring knowledgeable. I'm having restorative work done currently. I just had my worst tooth worked on by Dr Dollins, it feels SO MUCH BETTER NOW! Literally feels like she removed weight from my mouth. They took pictures of all the years worth of old nasty decayed junk, that was like garbage in and around my poor tooth. Dr. Dollins REMOVED all that from that tooth and the gum area immediately surrounding it. My entire being feels lighter. % serious. Worth every penny. I'm glad they offer cleaner holistically intelligent dental care. Thank you Dr. Dollins!

I cannot say enough!!! I am so very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Dollins and all her staff. From the first time I came to her office, I was greeted with kindness. Her staff is so professional and knowledgeable. I have been looking for a Holistic Dental office and I hit the jackpot! Kris, Kayle, Chris, Nancy and Dr. Dollins are the best of the best! Dr Dollins and her staff are exceptional. They have helped me figure some long standing health issues that were actually the result of unknown dental infections and mercury sensitivity. Dr. Dollins and her staff at Bel Villaggio were pleasant and professional from our first phone call to several visits later. We brought two of our children in for second opinions because we were trying to avoid major treatments such as root canals. I appreciate their alternative holistic approach to dental care in preserving the teeth as much as possible and making the visit for a child as little as intimidating as possible. My boys are so happy their teeth don't hurt anymore and are not scared to go back - and they didn't need root canals! I have also received dental care after many years of avoiding the dentist. I'm so happy to finally take care of my cavities using healthy alternative dental procedures. Their office manager, Kris, always texts and calls after each visit to check in. That is a very personal care touch to their service and shows they are a family run business. The hygienists are really good with kids and make them as comfortable as possible. I only have good things to say about Dr. Dollins and will continue taking my whole family here.

Took my 9 year old son. He was not too sure about the dentist before. Dr. Dollins staff is kind, gentle and thorough walking kids through the experience. Kyle is nice, explains what he's doing while taking xrays and cleaning teeth. Dr. Dollins explains everything clearly and is patient with all questions and concerns. They don't hurry you along so they can see the next patient. I've also had amalgam filings removed with Dr. Dollins. She is an IAOMT/SMART certified dentist who protects your health while removing this toxic filing type. She cares about your health, not just your teeth and she educates you on how your dental health affects your overall health. They are honest and caring. Will never go back to a general dentist ever again.

During our cross country travels I got a broken molar. I was very concerned because we were so away from home. I really wanted to find a biological dentist that knew how to deal with mercury amalgams safely. I was thrilled to find Dr. Dollins and her team. She is so well prepared and knowledgable and her work is impeccable. Above all, she is a great woman with a kind and caring heart. I am so grateful to her and her wonderful team.
