I have been going to Bel Air Smile Partners for over 10 years. Love Dr Jimmy. Always a friendly person. Alisha has been the one to almost always clean my teeth. I love the way the 2 plus others treat me and take care of my teeth. Alisha is very friendly and gentle but gives a very good cleaning.

The staff at Bel Air Smile Partners are so very nice. The Dentists are the best. If you are looking for a new Dentist, I highly recommend Bel Air Smile Partners.

Everyone is so nice, and they make you feel comfortable, I have so much anxiety when I have to go to the Dentist but I put in a smile ) Please everyone knows that mask are mandatory in dr office's everyone is tired of the mask we know but if you can't follow the guidelines don't go to your appt.Why give everyone in the office ...(doing their job )a hard time they don't make the rules.So be nice have a good attitude!

BAD QUALITY OF WORK Have not had a positive experience here in a long time. Every filling I have had here breaks in less than a year. I've had 2 fillings break that have had cavities form behind the filling and never knew till I had pain and needed a root canal. And they still charged me for the root canal. My brother had a root canal here and they left part of the root cuasing infection. I was never nervous to go to the dentist until I started going here. But I will say the staff is great but unfortunately you are paying for medical treatment not personality.

They told me a day before my appointment my bill would be $401. So I brought $402. Then after they fixed my tooth they said my bill was $1200 and then they fired me as a patient as I had follow up apts and just couldn't afford to pay them the extra 800 bucks. I ain't got time for bait and switch. They dentist himself made me feel comfortable as I have a long history of dental anxiety. But with this billing issue I won't be back. Get them to get your bill in writing ahead of time.

I had called a few places and Bel Air Smiles was able to schedule for an emergency appointment within 2 days. When ibgot there, there was only a few minutes wait to go back. The assistant took my xrays within 2 minutes and the dentist came in within 5 minutes. I never had quicker service anywhere! They were so quick and able to figure out exactly what was wrong and causing me such unbearable pain. Plus they didn't make me feel bad about my teeth and put me at ease during the appointment. They were also so very pleasant and so friendly yet very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to get my root canal scheduled right away for the very next morning! My own husband was totally shocked at how fast my appointment took and couldn't believe I was done and out the door in less than 20 minutes! Wow! Such great service there in all aspects! What a pleasant surprise!
