I was having a dental emergency in excruciating pain and they told me they were sending me to an oral surgeon to get an extraction which was going to be a week out. I thought I was finally getting relief this week but they scheduled me for a consult. I understand now that a consult has to happen first but I left under the impression I was scheduled for surgery to help me and I wasn't advocated for at all. I feel like because I was crying they just told me what I wanted to hear so I'd leave. I'm just really disappointed and feel that my care didn't matter to them.

Super pleased with this facility and Dr. Toole. They have the most up to date equipment and technology. The doctor was very honest about the best treatment plan for my situation. I highly recommend.

I went into their office yesterday for a root canal (my first ever dental procedure) with a lot of anxiety and a lot of worry: will I feel everything? Will something go horribly wrong?? Will I come out alive?!! By the time I went home, I was the most relaxed I've ever been in a medical office. Every assistant I spoke to was very kind, and Dr. Behrents's demeanor put me at ease from the beginning of the procedure to the very end. It was completely painfree - to the point where I almost fell asleep. What must have been a routine procedure for Dr. Behrents has been a life changer for me, and they took my insurance no problem. I'm forever grateful and so appreciative of the work they did!

Was in need of an endodontist and was referred to Nathaniel Behrents for diagnosis and treatment. They got me in earlier than my appointment and were able to do an extraction and prep for implant before I left the office. They were very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I was so nervous going in for my first root canal. I was treated so kindly and did not feel a thing. I highly recommend Behrents Endodontic Specialists!

I wish I'd read the reviews before getting my root canal and crown. My dentist just referred me and I went. Now one year later, I'm having problems with the tooth. I did need a night guard because I grind my teeth, however, when I went to Behrents regarding the tooth pain it was as if they saw that I grind my teeth and that was the way out. When I stated that my dentist tapped on my tooth and there was a lot of pain, the endodontist (not sure who - it was a man) said he doesn't trust tapping on a tooth any longer because nerves can be around it from other teeth. Well I can tap on another tooth that I had a root canal on, I feel nothing. Obviously it wasn't done at Behrents. I just got off the phone with my dentist office and will be contacting a new endodontist. The cost of the visit last year was over $1000 for me even with insurance. Seems like it was money thrown down the toilet. I do not recommend Behrents at all. **Update - Dr. Behrents called me to let me know that he's willing to help fix the problem and was kind enough to even leave his cell number. I do appreciate the fact that he's trying to make this right. However, to be fair, I think that getting another endodontist to look at it will serve us both better. If everything is really ok, I would believe it more coming from another and I will definitely update this again to say I was wrong. However, if there is a problem, I would feel more comfortable having it corrected by someone else. **FINAL UPDATE - I went to another endodontist. I need a retreatment as the first root canal wasn't done correctly. They showed me from the 3D scan that it also affected my sinuses. I've never had a problem with my sinuses until recently and this is due to the root canal issue. On top of that, I found out I have an infection in my lymph nodes in my neck, right under the jaw line and it's on the same side as the impaired tooth. Come to find out this is from the drainage from the sinus problem. This has been a total nightmare. I called my dentist office to let them know that they should not refer anyone to Dr. Behrents. Insurance will not pay for a retreatment if it's been within 2 years. My root canal was a year ago. The cost of the retreatment is over $1200. Save money and go elsewhere!

I'm not one that has had many good visits to the dentist. I have had some really good dentist but I just haven't looked forward to the whole experience. I was referred to Behrents Endodontic Specialists and showed up for my appointment to have a root canal with my regular "I 'd rather being doing anything else," attitude. The young women who got me ready for the Dr to come in was kind and efficient. I told her I was a nervous kind of fellow and she explained everything that was going to happen. She was very professional and that helped to ease my mind. When the Doctor Nathaniel Behrents came in I mentioned I'd had a really bad experience when I was much younger. He looked at my file and said Dentistry has changed a lot in the last 50 years. He worked through my procedure with confidence and skill. I had the most pain free, comfortable best Dental experience ever. I can only say Thank you Behrents Endodontics'.

Dr Townsend and her crew there are just Outstanding! I know anything dental sucks but if you have to get something done! Go Here! That's an order!
