i had to go here for a check because i had a root canal infection, which HURTS!. The nurses and doctors here are super super kind!!!! i couldn't speak english enough so the doctor went and got a nurse who did! i loved my experience here!

Thank you, Emily Townsend for doing my Root Canal. I am from Charlotte and I was visiting my friend in Bentonville, I accidentally broke my tooth that requires Root Canal and this was my first root canal experience and on top of that I am scared of Needles, doctor who performed was very nice and patient. recently 3 days ago, when I visited my local doctor for deep cleaning they saw the scans of the Root Canal and they are like "this root canal is the superb and they have done it really a great job". Now, I wanted to leave a review which might be helpful for others. Thank you, Emily Townsend and team.

I was referred to Behrents Endodontic by my dentist as it appeared I needed a root canal, which NO ONE wants! However, I was immediately impressed today by the courteous staff and the immaculate facility. Dr. Townsend performed the analysis and root canal and she was awesome. Friendly, professional, and comforting. Thank you, Dr. Townsend and all the kind staff fo for making an unpleasant experience actually somewhat pleasant! 95% of my tooth pain is already gone and I'm forever grateful.

Unfortunately, I have needed endo work 3 times now in the last few months. However, I am grateful for finding Dr. Townsend. She has been caring, thorough, and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. She is very easy going, and listened to what I needed. That's HUGE. Her office is meticulous, her staff are really nice and welcoming, and they explained everything very well in detail. I have 2 more to go. But I'm not feeling terrified of being in that dental chair. Still anxious. But they are completely understanding about it. I'm super appreciative that she's helping me!

I was referred to Dr Toole by Dr Bonner (orthodontist) I had an abscessed tooth and sought her out for a treatment plan. Every staff member was professional and very friendly. After X-Rays and an exam, Dr Toole explained to me what she believed was going on with my tooth and what caused the infection. She was then able to refer me to Dr McShane for an extraction. I am so grateful for her leading me in the right direction and getting me the treatment I needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

AMAZING!! For those that live in Fayetteville, Arkansas please make the extra 20 minute drive to see her!! % worth it! Katherine is very patient, positive, and very responsive. She was able to get me in first thing Monday morning after an incident happened to me. Would recommend everyone to book an appointment with her. Trust me! Get your root canal done by her. Katherine is SO sweet and will definitely help you feel tremendously better. I give her and her whole team a 100/10

Beyond amazing and caring treatment. A local dentist left my nerve exposed and I was in extreme pain. After my consultation, I was put at the top of the short list and called the very next day. I first saw Dr. Behrents and then, Dr. Townsend. Both were extremely kind, compassionate and professional. 10/10.

I just typed up a long review then accidentally pressed back and it was erased. I'll type a summary. See behrents for root canal. They do it then the crown falls off my tooth at dinner. Behrents sends me to primary dentist who sees decay in the tooth and says I need another crown $$. Did behrents miss the decay? Had the crown stayed on would that tooth have rotted out? I tell primary screw that I'm not risking more trouble in the future so I have the tooth extracted. Primary sees a CYST on the root of the tooth after extraction. I think had I got another crown the cyst would not have been found until it was painful. Just all round bad experience with dental care in the area so far.

Dr. Katherine went above and beyond to help my niece out after an accident led to the fracture of her front tooth. She returned an emergency call on a Friday evening after 9, organized her treatment and completed it the following Monday without any hassle! This is clearly a well ran practice with wonderful Doctors. Highly recommended.

Could not have asked for a better first root canal experience! The entire team from the front to the back were just incredible. Dr. Katherine did an amazing job answering all my questions and explaining each step of the procedure thoroughly to ease my nerves. Best Endodontic office in the business and I would highly recommend!

Dr.Townsend is FANTASTIC! I had to get two root canals and she made it one of the easiest experiences I've had. I've had a root canal in the past from a previous office so I was nervous about this appointment but she was thorough, educated, gentle, and explained every step of the way. I'm super grateful for this clinic, and especially Dr. Townsend, for all they've done for me. If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would! Definitely give them a try they went above and beyond all my expectations.
