At the age of 13, Dr. Tumminia and his family relocated to Boca Raton from Long Island, NY. He earned his D.M.D. from Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine in 2002. Dr. Tumminia has been in private practice at Begnoche, Tumminia and Klein Dental, P.A. since his graduation and also works for the Palm Beach County Health Department. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and South Palm Beach County Dental Association. Dr. Tumminia is a board member of the Atlantic coast Dental Research Clinic which provides continuing education to fellow practitioners, and he volunteers monthly at the Caridad Health Clinic which provides free dental care to uninsured and poor working families.
Dr. Tumminia is dedicated to providing the best possible care for his patients while keeping their concerns a top priority. He continually enrolls in advanced dental education classes which he feels is one of the most important aspects of providing excellent patient care.
Dr. Begnoche is a Florida native. He was born in Melbourne, FL and moved to Boynton Beach at the age of one. Besides his amazing children, Brooke and Brad, he considers his dental practice to be his greatest accomplishment.
As a dentist, his goal has always been to make his patients feel comfortable, confident, safe and well taken care of. He accomplishes this by listening, pursuing continuing education, and staying up with the latest techniques, materials, and equipment which allows him to help his patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles.
Dr. Begnoche earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1996. He graduated as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He is a past president of the South Palm Beach County Dental Association, which includes over 300 dentist members from Lantana to Boca Raton. He is also a member of the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, International Team for Implantology and Spear Study Club.

This is a great office. I am lucky to have found Dr Tumminia. All of the staff members are professional and positive. The doctor gave me my smile back after losing a front tooth. He is amazing!

First visit, very impressed. I had contact with 4 people, receptionist, x-ray technician, hygienist, doctor, all very professional and friendly. Welcomed me to the practice, communicated very clearly, explained what they were doing and why, answered my questions. Cleaning was very thorough. Hygienist and doctor offered great suggestions. Highly recommended!

Staff through out office are patient respectful and understanding...reception &check out personnel, hygienists[especially Lori], and Dr Begnoche. Clean, comfortable, no parking or safety issues. Easily accessible office off Boynton Beach Boulevard just west of Congress. I have been there 9 years and still go there even having moved 40 minutes away when formerly only 20 minutes.

You will not be disappointed with this office. This was my best dental experience. They have a new patient for life. The staff is just as great as the dentist. I have been to many different dental offices over the last 40 years. The one thing they had in common was soliciting something. This office after the doctor addressed our concerns with a check up, the appointment was over & we were free to leave. Never once did they ask us to do x-rays or anything else that I didn't ask for and didn't need. The nurse was great with my son made him feel very comfortable. The receptionist behind the desk. Saved me $. It seemed the entire office was there for our benefit not there's. They may never read this but Thank You to everyone of them
