My education has given me the strong foundation I need to build a practice focused on providing the highest quality patient care. I received my Bachelor of Science fromBrigham Young Universityand while there, I was proud to receive the recognition of being included in the University and National Deans List. I continued my education atCase Western Reserve Universitywhere I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine. During dental school I participated in student council and club leadership positions, was inducted into the prestigious OKU honor society, received the Deans award for academic and clinical excellence, and graduated with the highest honors while finishing at the top of my class.
My orthodontic residency was completed atVanderbilt Universitywhere I served as chief resident. I was invited and was proud to join the adjunct faculty at Vanderbilt where I enjoy giving back by sharing my knowledge and experience with current residents.
I recognize that continuing education is extremely important in an ever-changing field. I participate in various seminars and courses each year as well as local and national organizations. These experiences help me stay at the front of the orthodontic field.
During the course of his formal training, Dr. Song has been honored with certificates of merit from the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), Illinois State Dental Society Foundation and Psi Omega International Dental Fraternity. Hello! My name is Shawn and I work as the Insurance/Marketing Coordinator. I joined Dr. Beecrofts staff in February of 2016 and have been in the Orthodontic field since 1999. I enjoy being the person that makes the transition of insurance easier to understand and less stressful for our patients. Hi there! My name is Sandy and I am an Orthodontic Assistant her with Beecroft Orthodontics. I started assisting in 1995 and have enjoyed doing this for 22 years. I became part of the Beecroft team in 2016 when Dr. Beecroft took over for Dr. Terrill. I couldnt be happier to work with such a kind hearted, knowledgeable and all around fun doctor. Our staff is also amazing! I enjoy working beside them on a daily basis. My favorite part of my job is watching our patients from start to finish and the confidence they have with their new smiles. I am married and have 4 children and 2 big dogs that keep me on my toes. I am an avid animal lover and one day hope to live on acres of land with animals of all kind. I moved to Fredericksburg from Honolulu, Hawaii, after working in Training and Development for Hilton Hotels.
