Ive wanted to be a dentist since I was five years old!As an orthodontist, I love helping people achieve their best smile using the latest technology. Building relationships with patients and families are essential to me and make what I do fun! Each child, each person, and each smile is unique, so each treatment is personalized one size doesnt fit all for orthodontics and I take each patients care very seriously.
For the past 20 years, my expertise has been caring for children born with cleft lip and palate, craniofacial syndromes, cases that require jaw surgery, cases of sleep apnea, and children with special needs. No case is too hard or too easy for me and they all provide with different challenges!
Teaching and research have always been part of my career, and Ive published many peer-reviewed articles and lectured extensively both nationally and internationally. Ive been as far as India and Europe to attend and present at international meetings, and Ive also traveled to El Salvador on mission trips.

I'm not a full-time patient at Bee Cave Ortho. However, the staff has been a huge help with a few 3D scans and other services while I finish my Invisalign treatment remotely since moving to Texas. Their team is very thorough, prompt and friendly - highly recommended!

Best orthodontist ever!!!! As a former patient and employee, this is the place to go. Dr. D is the most knowledgeable orthodontist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She also gave me an AMAZING smile that is something I am proud to wear. I had braces with her for less than a year and it's an investment I would recommend to anyone. The staff truly cares so much about each and every patient and always gives 100%. If you want to be treated like family while achieving a beautiful and healthy smile, this is the place to go!!!! Could not recommend more and will be bringing my own kids here when they're old enough. :)

I started Invisalign after being really displeased with my smile in addition to having jaw problems. I have never been happier with the progress I've seen with my smile. Everyone here is so thoughtful and attentive, and they work with you to produce the best possible results. Definitely recommend Dr. Adriana Da Silveira and her entire team.

I have so many great things to say about this practice. I started my invisilign after years of wanting straight teeth and the process since then has been nothing but easy. Any time I have any problems Rachel has always walked me through the steps of what to expect as far as billing and scheduling and she does it with such a postive attitude that when I contact them I know I'm not going to have to argue, she listens to any concerns I might have and actually does something about it while also being really friendly and that's something to praise when communicating with a medical practice. When I go to the back Taylor goes above and beyond for me. I voiced my concerns about wanting a permanent retainer because I'm a type 1 diabetic and sometimes have a low bloodsugar in the middle of the night and how wearing invisilign doesn't make it easy to eat when I'm already not feeling good and she made sure that I was heard. When I had brown stains on my teeth from coffee and wearing invisilign she took the time to clean my teeth up and that meant the absolute world to me especially since that wasnt in the contract, she just wanted me to feel good about my smile. They show you that they care about you as a patient because they ask you what is wrong and they do everything in their power to fix it. They all know me by name (and I'm not a difficult patient) which shows how when you go to their practice, they treat you more than just a statstic or another payment. Could not recommend this practice more and thank you all for being so awesome

Dr. D is such a down to earth person! She is super cool and fun! And Petra and the entire team is super helpful and welcoming to the practice. I just re-started Invisalign and even though I go to Texas State University in San Marcos, I am willing to make the drive because Dr. D is highly sought after! Her expertise is unmatched. I've been in Invisalign before but this is the most experienced Orthodontist with Invisalign in the Austin area that I've EVER been with! She is a blessing and the staff is Phenomenal!

We are in Austin visiting family for the holidays and realized that I forgot my brace's rubber bands. My mom found Bee Cave Ortho online and called to see if we could buy a pack. Petra was super amazing and left a bag taped to the door for us in case we could not make it before they closed. She was really nice and even nicer in person. Thank you for making sure my Ortho in L.A. never finds out I did not have my bands I will be here all summer and my mom is recommending you to everyone she talks to
