SO HAPPY with Dr. Joe and staff! I thought I'd never get help with my teeth, from a caring, excellent dentist. He is a Godsend for Bedford. The staff is amazing and so accommodating. He is wonderful and has such a calming voice, it relaxes you. I had an emergency and they fit me in that day. Thank God for Dr Joe!!!

This dental practice is outstanding. - The staff is so friendly, courteous, and accommodating; they treat you like you are the only patient they have. They make you feel special!! - They work around your schedule and are flexible to your needs. - Dr. Joe is a wonderful dentist. He's friendly, professional, listens to you, and explains everything in detail. I have never had a dentist so detailed in his approach to meet my needs. He's simply the best!!

Best dental experience I have had in a long time. Had 2 teeth extracted..zero pain. The dentist was very professional..never felt the needle go in for the numbing. Highly recommended

All staff very kind and professional. All COVID protocols in place and enforced. I felt very safe. Very detailed explanation of what was going to happen at my appointment today and the plan moving forward. All questions thoroughly answered. Detailed breakdown of costs moving forward. Extremely happy with my first visit.

The only reason it is 1 star is that there are no 1/2 stars. We have come to expect great service while Dr. Cullen practiced, since his departure our service has been less than desirable and at times left us feeling like we had no other option. Well, there is an option, we left the center and will pursue a different dentist.

I had appointment today (7/7/2021) at 9.40 AM, when I went at Bedford Dental, I was told that my appointment was canceled ! No apology ! They told me, they sent message, which upon checking all my contacts, never received it. Actually, I got reminder for my appointment just yesterday by email (7/6/2021) ! Time to move on where they are care about customer, time and provide customers service with fair respect!

Being my first visit I was surprised with the short wait. The dental assistant was a sweetheart and the doctor was kind considering my situation. The receptionist was very detailed with the printout of my cost. I was very impressed.

The staff at Bedford Dental Health Center is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a tooth extracted which is always unpleasant but it was done quickly with no pain and I was cared for very well. I highly recommend this center.
