Dr. Nirmolrattan Chandhoke, DMD is a great dentist. Very warm and extremely excellent at her work. She made my dentures and no one could tell I was wearing dentures, that's how excellent it was made. I had an appointment and within minutes I was called. I had a excellent oral checkup and the Medical Office Assistant is extremely professional and efficient, she called me in six months to remind me that it was time for my oral checkup and I really appreciated that because I truly forgot it time

I've never once in my life typed a Google review but I have to warn y'all about the terrible practice they are running over here at Bedstuy Dental Arts. Dr. Chandhoke is short, rude and condescending. She has no bedside manner and explains things to you vaguely and as if you're a dentist and then has an attitude if you have questions. I went to her once for a cleaning/exam/xrays and paid in full out of pocket. I was informed I needed two fillings. When I came back she refused me service because she said there were already old fillings and she didn't want to work over another dentist's work. ooookkkayyy Dr. C, ma'am you had my x-rays, quoted me a price, and I spoke to YOU on the phone when making the appointment. Why have me wait over a month for an appointment or even quote me prices when you knew you would refuse to treat me? Then of course was rude and no apologies or accountability for the misstep, carelessness and lack of professionalism. Medical gaslighting at it's finest. Black folks, beware. Don't go here, they will waste your time, especially if you are paying out of pocket or have Medicaid. Seems like the ones who have the insurance that pays her big money are the ones with positive reviews. This practice feeds the racist, classist medical system and I wouldn't give them one more penny. Every dentist here should truly be ashamed of yourself and I will be reporting to the board.

Incredible experience!!! Haven't been to the dentist in a while and I knew I needed a deep cleaning. Besides the incredible work (I look like I have brand new teeth) the staff was so friendly! Some people get nervous when they come to the dentist and even though I'm not one of them I know this team goes out of their way to put everyone to ease! I am so glad I picked them for my first trip back to the dentist in years. I'll be coming as frequently as possible! I recommend for anyone who has teeth :)

I got x-rays performed as well as a few fillings and a teeth cleaning. All under an hour. Including waiting time. Also the staff made me feel super comfortable and they embodied a great sense of humor while remaining professional. Highly recommended!

I love this dentist office! They are very nice and reasonable. They give you all the information you need to make informed decisions about your dental care, informing medical necessity and insurance coverage. Highly recommend!

The receptionist is unprofessional, when asking for important documents not only did she drag her feet and have us waiting days she constantly speaks over you only listening to respond and not to understand. I asked for her name several times and got no answer she just repeatedly placed a hold and left me there and the office manager was uninterested in taking a complaint when we expressed our concerns. Patients should be treated with respect at all time, sadly dealing with this makes it hard to want to come back for service and the dentist is actually really good.

I needed a crown and most dentist was booked until September. I came across Bed-Stuy dental Arts through a Google search and it was the best choice I made. I got an appointment in two weeks. They didn't accept my insurance but it was worth every penny. The office was clean and the receptionist was friendly and professional. Dr. Chandhoke was amazing, professional and gentle. She informed me on things I didn't know about my tooth. I definitely recommend this dentist and will be returning.

The place is very clean the staff is very friendly and I like that there have a ext-ray machine rather than putting the small blue thing into your mouth to take ext-ray. I have dentist but my experience was very good

I can finally eat cold grapes again!! I got a root canal that didn't break the bank and now I feel no pain. The Dentist was so kind and gentle! glad I found this Dentist...and so close to home.

Recently moved to the area and finally ready to get dental care back in my life. The staff and doctors are very nice. I called on Thursday and got a Saturday appointment for an exam and cleaning. No pain and the overall experience was pleasant.

Excellent doctors at this place, going to them from 2 generation of dentist here from last 20 years. Never about money like other dentist, Dr Nirmol always cares about what indeed to be done to keep healthy smiling faces. Wish I can give 100 stars.
