Dr. Beckstrom graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Medical Biology and Chemistry. After college graduation he and his wife Nicole moved to Louisville, KY to begin his dental training at The University of Louisville School of Dentistry where he graduated with honors in 2002. Following dental school Dr. Beckstrom completed a one-year residency in advanced dental and hospital dentistry at the University of Louisville Hospital. He then completed his orthodontic residency and received a Masters Degree in Oral Biology in 2005.
Dr. Beckstrom successfully practiced in his hometown of St. George, Utah for ten years prior to relocating to Ohio. He is thrilled to have the opportunity of practicing orthodontics in Vandalia and Troy and loves coming to work every day. His favorite part of orthodontics is interacting with his patients and staff, especially meeting interesting new people and hearing their story. He also loves the scientific and artistic process of creating healthy, beautiful smiles.
The field of orthodontics is always evolving and changing. Dr. Beckstrom enjoys the process of learning and every year completes three times the required amount of continuing education credits required by the state. Its important to him that his patients have their choice of the latest techniques and technology. Hes committed to ensuring beautiful results, delivered with the maximum comfort possible.
Dr. Beckstrom and his wife Nicole have been married 25 years and are the parents of two teenage boys. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, snow skiing, golfing, playing tennis and basketball, watching college sports, and attending local events. He is also active in his local church.

From the second I walked in the door at Dr. Beckstrom's office, I was immediately greeted and welcomed. My experience was nothing short of amazing and my results were exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend this office for all ages and all orthodontic needs!

I enjoy my experience at Beckstrom. The ladies are always nice, and Beckstrom is always patient. I used Beckstrom for my youngest daughters orthodontic work. I am just finishing up my own treatment, and my oldest daughter is still receiving treatment. I recommended Beckstrom to my brother, and he has two boys who have also completed treatment and his youngest is still receiving treatment. I continue to recommend Beckstrom and his team, for the overall experience!

The service is always excellent. They are always ready and on time. They are really patient and understanding with my children. I was told that my daughter wouldn't be able to tolerate having braces by our old dentist, but she has done a wonderful job with her braces and she never complains about them.

Love Doc. B and his staff!! Everyone was so attentive and caring. You can truly tell that each staff member absolutely loves their job. Rachel was awesome!! She asked a lot of follow up questions to make sure I was very comfortable with my new Invisalign. I am ahead of schedule because of the accuracy. The location itself is very clean, organized, and May I say beautiful!! I thought I walked into a spa for a moment. Thank you everyone.

My daughter 's her braces. I didn't know many people that wanted braces, actually any, when I was growing up, but my daughter did. We went to a few places for quotes. Beckstrom Orthodontics wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but seemed to be the best fit. They are very nice and hospitable when in the office. They make the whole process very easy.
