Dr. Andrea Schmerler was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where she attended Sycamore High School. Dr. Schmerler graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2000. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 2004 and a fellowship in advanced general dentistry in 2005 from the Ohio State University.
Dr. Schmerler has been in private practice since 2005 providing general dentistry to adults and children. She has extensive experience working with pediatric patients, as well as all aspects of adult dentistry. She is truly passionate about dentistry and committed to advanced continuing education. She has a delightful personality and gentle touch, which patients have come to appreciate.

Dr. Schmerler is happily married to her husband, Vlad, and is theproud mother of two sons, Sammy and Isaac. She enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Scott Malavich is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association (ADA), Ohio Dental Association (ODA), and the Cincinnati Dental Association (CDA). He is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Lifesaving (ACLS).
Originally from Xenia, Ohio, Dr. Scott Malavich attended Xavier University and graduated with a degree in Economics. While at Xavier, he met and married Lauren Gertz, a Reading native. He then went on to The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, earning his D.D.S. degree in 2011. Dr. Malavich was commissioned in the U.S. Army after dental school, serving as a Captain for the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, NY, and for the 3rd Infantry Division at FOB Apache, Afghanistan. For his service, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, and the NATO medal. Upon returning to the States, Dr. Malavich continued his education to ensure he practices with the latest skills and technology. He has attended training courses in cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, dental implants, oral surgery, root canals, and gum disease. Dr. Malavich and his wife, enjoy spending free time with their three children: Abram, Greta, and Eve.
