I am a super super fan of this crew! Very sad to hear recently my dentist moved on to a different location to reduce commute times, but the reception desk and the staff have always been so fantastic with scheduling, reminders, calling me if there has been a cancellation if I want to move up an appointment. I recommend them with enthusiasm!!!

Dr Tran and Dr Wong took a good care of me at the emergency visit today. Dr Tran fixed my broken tooth so quickly and without any pain! Leaving the clinic with a smile again. Thank you!!

He is a great dentist. He and his staff are always friendly and do great work. I also had Visilign with him and the final result are awesome!

Horrible, and disrespectful. The front desk lady April and her manager, Julie was even worse. They are unprofessional, rude and lput her palm like a child and said "goodbye". 5 min late to an appointment and that's how they treated my sister, while her manager was backing her being just as rude. We couldnt find the door to go in, called and asked April how to go in. She answers "through the door" nightmare began and ended there. Never seen this disrepect anywhere especially dentist offices. It had glowing reviews, which was the reason we chose it.

How this place has 4.9 stars is truly beyond me. If you office staff don't know how to be professional and courteous then I'd say they are probably in the wrong line of work. Namely Julie and April. When somebody calls asking how to get in, "the door" is not a proper response.

Had an appointment at this dentistry and we arrived, unable to find the door. We called and were told by April, "the way you walk in is through the door". took us 10-15 minutes to just find the door and when we walk in, Julie, "office manager" informed us that they can't see us because we were "late". I have never seen such unprofessionalism on a business and for my children to experience such thing is a shame on their part. I do not recommend this dentistry to my worst enemy.

Highly recommend Beaverton TenderCare Dental! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gao is very skilled and explains all steps and procedures so that the patient understands what is happening. A very comfortable and supportive environment here and very glad to be able to come here for dental checkups and dental work!

Beaverton Tendercare has been great to my son and I! We love going there for care and because they are really good with children (especially with shots) and have clean facilities. They had a first time gift of a hydroflask for being a patient. Dr. Gao is great and keeps me up to date on any work needed right away and their assistants are good at calling for appointment reminders. The dental hygienists are quick and professional and easy to talk to. They also have giveaways once a year for an all expenses paid Invisalign treatment. We love coming here and have been for a little over two years now. Thank you Beaverton Tendercare!

My family has been going to Beaverton Tendercare for years. My kids all like going there, everyone there is really nice and helpful. And Dr. Wong is a really nice guy and a great dentist.

I love Beaverton TenderCare! My previous dentist would clean my teeth with little regard for my comfort, and since I switched I've experienced the highest caliber of care and comfort from check in through the entirety of my visit...plus they gave me a hydroflask and always add extra goodies to my takeaway bag, which doesn't hurt :)

I have been going to Beaverton TenderCare for many years. Dr. Wong is a great dentist. The whole office is friendly, professional and thorough. I didn't worry about going in for my check-up during Covid-19 because I knew they would follow the guidelines. It is a dentist office that I can trust.

I love Beaverton TenderCare Dental! Their team from check-in to hygienist and Doctors are all VERY personable, caring and gentle with my smile. I'm always comfortable during my cleanings and they share concern about how I'm doing throughout. The facilities are very clean and safe, especially during this COVID pandemic. I used to be terrified of dentists. I had to have a root canal and was not in a great frame of mind, as I hadn't been to a dentist since I was in the service. I was thinking they'd use like a ditch witch or something to do this procedure. I was truly amazed at the care and quality of service I received from Dr. Wong and his staff. I now get regular checkups and the best part...no ditch witches! Awesome.

My full family goes to Beaverton TenderCare and over the long years I have never been to a place where they personalize eveything. The greeting at the front desk, the assistant and the dentist, they are truly welcoming. They talk to you as part of a family. We love it there, they are accommodating and we never miss our appointments because they have great reminder system. We love it there.

I have been going to Beaverton TenderCare for 3 years. In one of my first visits with Dr. Gao, she noticed abnormal gum damage from an initial evaluation, took the extra step to consult with her peer group, to make sure she came back with the correct diagnosis and recommendation. Catharine is an awesome hygienist - my favorite - very professional and personable.

This office was recommended to me by a friend. We've been to several kid dentists in Oregon and this office was my favorite. I loved their quiet small office, my girls felt comfortable and connected with the dentist and her assistant and they received excellent, honest, quality care!

I started going here after my parents recommended it after they had been going for a number of years. I've been there about 4 years now and it is wonderful. Everyone is caring and empathetic, they explain everything they're doing and walk you through things you might be nervous about or struggle with.
