I believe dentistry provides a real opportunity to help people, and in some cases, change and improve their lives. I get a feeling of satisfaction when I can say I made someones life better. I have enjoyed growing with my patients and developing long-term relationships with them.
I attended Jesuit High School in Portland before enrolling at Carroll College in Helena, Montana for my undergraduate degree. I continued my training at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry where I received my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. I have had the good fortune to practice as a Beaverton dentist at the Beaverton Dental Center since 1987.
I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but have lived in Southwest Portland for more than 50 years. My wife, Nancy, and I have two children, Robert and Catherine. In my free time I enjoy gardening, photography and cooking.

I earned my dental hygiene degree from Portland Community College and my Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from Oregon Institute of Technology. I have been with Beaverton Dental Center since 2007. The best part of my job is being able to provide my patients with the highest quality of dental care, coupled with education and encouragement in a comfortable environment. Our doctors and team at the Beaverton dental office enjoy building long-term relationships with patients and their families. I enjoy helping patients find their healthiest smile.
I have been with Beaverton Dental Center since 2018 and brought with me many years of experience and a passion for dentistry. I trained near my home town in Massachusetts and come from a dental family. My mother was a hygienist and my uncle and great uncle were both dentists in Newport, Rhode Island. After moving to the west coast and living in California for many years, I settled in Hillsboro 23 years ago. I enjoy bringing a warm smile and a love of people to the office and I practice with humor and great compassion for my patients.

I am an older person who has gone to the dentist every six months for my entire life, so I've experienced multiple dentists and their staffs. Beaverton Dental Clinic is the BEST I've ever had. My hygienest was Karla and she was fantastic. No pain at all. I highly recommend this clinic. Very personable AND professional!

Very professional and explained everything. The hygienist really seemed to care about what she was doing. This isn't some turn em and burn em place. You actually walk away feeling like you got the best care possible. They also really helped me out a few months ago with an emergency appointment that led to surgery.

Friendly staffs and they're so fast at answering questions and helping you out with scheduling, I always enjoy coming into this dental care center! I especially love my dental hygienist Maria, she's so funny, caring and super informative, she showed me the correct ways to do flossing and brushing, I feel much confident about my dental health. :)

I've been going here since I was a child and the Doctors and staff are top quality. My Dentist, Doctor Marra so far has done excellent work on two filings and he's always very patient with answering questions.

This practice is in a league all their own. They provide outstanding, professional patient service. Highly recommend Dr Marra. He is very informative and genuine. The staff is amazing. We have found a new dental home!

I have been going to Beaverton Dental coming up on 2 years. I love Dr. Williams and his staff. I had a cap come off that was put on about a year and half ago Natalie got me in and Dr. Williams was able to put it back on at no charge. This is great client service. I would highly recommend Beaverton Dental to everyone.

I love Briana! She's always made me comfortable every time I go for my cleaning and she gives high quality care! She also helped educate me on how to take good care of my gums which helped me develop a good habit of flossing. She's the best dental hygienist ever!

Dr Tom is the best. I went through three different dentists and many misfortunes before finding Dr. Tom and I have referred so many people to him and everyone has been so happy. He is patient, kind, calm and professional and always explains everything so well. My visits are never painful nor uncomfortable and the whole office staff have been welcoming and kind. I have moved to Seattle and yet I still come back here to get my teeth cleaned and checked. It's been 10 yrs since I've been with them and they have always been so professional and kind. Thank you!
