This was our first time at Beavercreek pediatric dentistry and it was a great experience. My son chipped a tooth and they got him in right away. The front desk ladies all the way up to the dentist were all super nice. Made my son feel very comfortable and happy. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to going back.

The experience was good every time my kids go to the dentist the visits be great today my younger son wasn't feeling it but they made him comfortable and they got the job done! Great staff!

*I have edited this review. This used to be the best children's dentist around and I always referred people here. Now I have to sit in my car for an hour just for an appointment. An appointment that they keep rescheduling. They change times on you too, sending random text with new appointment dates and times. The front office looks dirty and they claim they are redoing everything but they've been supposedly renovating for years now. And I've seen no changes except the place looks dirty now, which greatly concerns me, how does the back of the office look? I don't understand how this went from the best to the worst dentist office ever. The people working in the back are still great but the way this place is run is absolutely terrible. (Original review) Our favorite dentist! Always so quick and everyone is great with my two little boys. My oldest son had a traumatic experience at another dentist when he was younger and was very scared of going to the dentist, but they helped him relax and get over his worries and fear.

Our appointment time was at 10:30am we did not get seen until 11:45 for a scheduled cleaning! 1 hour wait to long! And then my child with autism witness them talking about me because I was upset seeing people after me getting waited on! No stars on this visit had to give a one star!

My children have been going here for years. I not only used to brag about it but I also referred friends for their children. However, since the pandemic this place is outrageous. The workers are so short and rude, they've rescheduled us twice without confirmation and once completely just acted like we never even had an appointment even though the we got confirmation texts they just acted confused didn't apologize and rescheduled us for three months later. I don't know what the issue is but I don't see them staying around much longer I hear complaints from everyone who's been there. Thank you for making an already stressful life situation even more stressful. Oh and also they'll call you a few days before your appointment and act like it's a connection problems and not talk to you then you call back and noone answers you then you show up to your appointment and they'll tell you you don't have an appointment. They called me today at 8 am and acted like they couldn't hear me, I try and call back and nothing, our appointments not until next Tuesday. I'm sure they are trying to move us around for their benefit which I've gladly don't multiple times but don't do it again, looking into a new dentist. Point of my rant things are not good at all would not recommend this place now.2/10,

Don't waste your time calling this place they never answer. The two girls at the front corner desk sit in their phones and eat snacks and gossip about patients instead of calling to reschedule appointments THEY CANCELED or answering the phones when you call. If you can ever get ahold of someone there, their hygienists are absolutely amazing.

I've been bringing my children here for 3 years , always had a great experience, today they went above and beyond for my son, he was extremely nervous today , Terra quickly put his mind and mine at ease with answering all our questions and listening to our concerns. Very thoughtful and patient and polite. We really appreciate it. If you are looking for a good dentist for your kiddos ! This is the place .

Before Covid this office was great however after a year later this office has Worst communication. Did not give clear and concise information for my child appointment. They also changed my child's appointment twice and could get an appointment within months! They cancelled one appointment without notice and gave lack on information on the docs and such that was needed. Not pleased. Hope for this office to do better.

Great visit! The doctor was very friendly and professional. She reassured us and she was absolutely correct! We picked up some taffy candy at Party City and both teeth were out within an hour! The tooth fairy was very generous!!! Love the facility upgrades

It is now Friday afternoon. I called on Tuesday to clarify the weird appointment times on the 27th and 28th for my children's exams. I called Wednesday. Got voicemail, left message. Called Thursday same procedure. I drove to the office today, Friday, at 09:15. The office is supposed to be open from 8 to 12 on Fridays. No vehicles anywhere in the parking lot going all the way around the building. The doors are locked and there are no lights on. Evidently the practice has the appearance of being closed and deserted down to a tee. Anyone know if they have folded their tents and left in the night? Today the office was open and I was able to talk to some of the staff about my concerns. It was explained to me about staffing shortages and problems due to COVID-19 in the labor force. I understand and do appreciate the time that was taken to resolve some of the worries I had. I will wait and see how things are going forward from here.

My kids have always gone here and here lately I'm not sure what's going on but the girls talk about each other in front of my kids seems like nobody gets along In the office the place is not very clean at all and the dentist was more worried about his cell phone then he was about my kids I seen him for a total of 1 min he looked at my boys mouth shoved some kind of stuff in his mouth and walked out as we were leaving I seen him hiding in a room scrolling on his phone the whole time and now they have cancelled my daughters appointment for the second time now and all they have to say is someone called off sorry but they charge you if you need to change the appointment so save your self a headache and go somewhere else !!!
