I've been going to Dr. O'Brien for over 10 years with ZERO issues. His staff is helpful and courteous, His service is OUTSTANDING and he's an expert in his field.

Had a crown done and it broke within 2 months. Had to have the tooth pulled due to the break. Then a billing error that was never resolved and unbeknownst to me left me with a debt collector notice out of the blue. Honestly couldn't have been less professional in the matter.

Do not go here. Office staff is inept and does not communicate. Files insurance claims late, will not return phone calls, sends hand written sticky notes with no communication on what the issue is, rarely answers the phones, and leaves you holding the bag for their failures.

3 words. Don't go there. Rude. Charge for services not performed and do not tell you the "rules" regarding appointments and if you are more than 10 minutes late you get charged more than your appointment would have cost. Only open 3 days a week so how can you stay in contact. Worst practice I have ever been in. Unprofessional and unfriendly. Way too many other good dentistry's in Beavercreek to put up with their office.

The previous 5 reviews seemed pretty ecstatic, which lead me to try out this office when my insurance network adjusted. My experience: The annual exam and cleaning portion were fine. Apparently, they saw I needed some work done. I was rushed between clients and left with a mouth full of dental gunk to return to work with. When I returned the next week because the pain from the procedure wouldn't go away, I was told by the admin "you were fine when you left"--I was numb when I left. To this day, my teeth are now rough and unnatural where he grinded them down to make things fit. During the procedure, whenever I experienced pain, I was met with, "these things are tricky, aren't they"... I would hope not since he's the dental professional. He said that a lot, so that might've been his catch phrase rather than his actual medical opinion on the level of difficulty. Work was completed in January 2020 but because I get food stuck under his work, every-single-day, I think of this office, every-single-day. (One of the 5 star reviewers posted "Have no idea idea what all of these people are talking about?! ...have had no problems at all!" Yet, I see none of the negative reviews he's referencing to on Google reviews. There are only 5 stars reviews, besides mine. That's odd, don't you think? Something to consider.)

Friendly staff got me in same day, as a new patient. Went in with a pretty rough toothache, left approximately an hour later, minus one angry wisdom tooth. I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. O'Brien is professional, friendly, and given our family expert care for several years. The staff is also wonderful. Highly recommend!

Have no idea idea what all of these people are talking about?! My wife & I just started going there & have had no problems at all! Friendly staff & didn't feel presured at all. Highly recomend this place!!
